    The North

Within the Northern vicinity of the city the wealthy gather behind meticulously trimmed hedges and high class victorian architecture. The streets are paved with stone, the buildings are made of brick, and the storefronts are brightly lit and inviting. In the North every establishment is made to cater to the rich and the wealthy. Many such places are used to the sometimes peculiar requests of the otherworldly but here there is little that money cannot buy - weather it be illegal or merely looking the other way. Vampires and Dark Hunters are often found upon these Northern streets, their long lives often contributing to their sizable wealth which allow them the luxuries that the North provides.

It seemed the pair had something in common though neither would know it. Ceara disliked being disrupted from her night having to come downstairs just as much as this woman disliked being disrupted. However, she had an establishment that had a reputation which was more important to oversee. It was that alone which had Ceara gliding through the lounge and over to those burly men whom flanked the fae’s coveted spot.

Barely a glance was offered from the brunette to the one whom dared step out as if to block Ceara from the woman. The beast within the lithe woman rumbled but luckily Ceara had many years of practice to keep it below. Still, those hazel eyes hardened slightly at him before sliding back to the woman, informing her of the disruption being created by the men. It was during that when another stranger approached though this one seemed much more likely to compromise. The vampire scanned him up and down in relative distrust as that sly grin he wore was far too akin to Damon’s cheekiness. Once more Ceara’s attention was on the fae woman lingering on her sarcastic statement of not knowing an invisibility spell. An all too tight pleasantry of a smile curled Ceara’s lips, one very similar to the one worn by restrained retail employees. “Then try harder.”

If this woman held as much authority as she believed she did with these men traipsing about after her then controlling them shouldn’t be an issue. Ceara would have to consult with Isolt later on if she had heard of this woman. “Fine, your one man can stay but he orders a drink. He’s just loitering otherwise.” She caught sight of her waiter whom had taken the fae friend’s order and signaled him over to deliver the drink. “As for the future, any plans you have on coming in with these men are to go through me first. I will be handling your arrangements from now on. If that isn’t something you can do then may I suggest a bar in the West. They are far used to burly men. Until then...enjoy your night.” Again that falsity of a smile reached her lips before she stepped away from the pair. She just simply was in no mood for a stranger to be coming into her lounge and making their own terms. There was no amount of money she would take over the atmospheric reputation of her establishment.
