    The North

Within the Northern vicinity of the city the wealthy gather behind meticulously trimmed hedges and high class victorian architecture. The streets are paved with stone, the buildings are made of brick, and the storefronts are brightly lit and inviting. In the North every establishment is made to cater to the rich and the wealthy. Many such places are used to the sometimes peculiar requests of the otherworldly but here there is little that money cannot buy - weather it be illegal or merely looking the other way. Vampires and Dark Hunters are often found upon these Northern streets, their long lives often contributing to their sizable wealth which allow them the luxuries that the North provides.

Sebastian EllingtonI need to feel you again, feel my lips on your skin
for one night I could be him, no, I could be better

Sebastian had been well informed of his maker's mental state, though what was necessary to mend it or how far she truly was gone had hadn't the slightest of notions. He struggled, truly, with offering her understanding and patience on one hand while simultaneously unwilling to put up with some of her more violent aspects to her demeanor. For now, however, she seemed all too keen to simply play with that house he'd gifted her, that rather childish nature so shining through. Briefly, he couldn't help but to wonder what she had been line in those days that Ceara had spoken of. Was she just as juvinille or had there been a sort of aged intelligence to her? Regardless, he mused it was unlikely he would ever really know the truth. Those contemplations were hardly long lived before the young girl saw fit to educate him of her past life and the role of those felines, the woman's insistence that he might need protection was met with a sort of agreement, even if he had little intention of seeking out one of those were-cats to do so. After all, he had Charles waiting for him back within that spiraling metropolis. The man servant was surely all he required. Nevertheless, Sebastian took the opportunity to inquire further of that traitor that had so brought about the ruins of her life and, in turn, his own demise.

He watched as her gaze shifted briefly to the floor, her words broken in the fashion they so often were when he pressed her on those more harrowing memories. Like them? A vampire then? He scarcely knew what sort of honor the girl was referring to though, truly, it hardly mattered. "A knight?" He inquired in a musing fashion. If he was truly a knight then perhaps there would be a paper trail to so identify the man, even if it might take years to find any sort of depiction of him. Sebastian was rarely certain that, if she was shown his likeness, she could easily identify him and yet...still….what difference would any of this make? It was that question that so seemed to stick with him. It was that very thing that he dwelled on until those very last syllables left the child's lips, his gaze abruptly refocusing upon her. "Took who from you?" He inquired, his eyebrows furrowing with a sudden intensity. This part was far more interesting than those weres or the very vampire himself. Who was she? And was she still alive?

Regrettably, Sebastian watched as her attention turned elsewhere, that stewardess presenting them only with that blood even Sebastian wrinkled his nose at. "Thank you.." He offered, gesturing towards that small table in front of him. "She won't drink it, I'm afraid. I'd advise you to cut yourself and put your blood in a cup for her and then lock yourself in with the pilot." It was a long shot but he was trying to ensure that this time did not turn out like their last flight did. Then again, when wasn't he trying to make up for the child's decidedly lack of self control.
