    The North

Within the Northern vicinity of the city the wealthy gather behind meticulously trimmed hedges and high class victorian architecture. The streets are paved with stone, the buildings are made of brick, and the storefronts are brightly lit and inviting. In the North every establishment is made to cater to the rich and the wealthy. Many such places are used to the sometimes peculiar requests of the otherworldly but here there is little that money cannot buy - weather it be illegal or merely looking the other way. Vampires and Dark Hunters are often found upon these Northern streets, their long lives often contributing to their sizable wealth which allow them the luxuries that the North provides.

Ceara was usually a rather controlled being, she prided herself on that fact, so truly hadn’t meant for the slip in her demeanor to occur. The choke on the laughter from the new information she had just realized was thankfully the extent of it. Ceara was able to regather herself, smoothing her features, though it took a moment for the quirk of her lips in amusement to disappear. The least she could do was offer him some help for his ill fortune. She wasn’t sure what it was she could offer, or rather what it was he could want since it was rather rare for a vampire to ask for monetary aid.

Honestly though asking for money would have perhaps been less surprising than the direction of questions Sebastian posed. “You…want to go there?” Ceara raised a brow in surprise and curiosity. This Englishman had hardly had any time around the fractured vampire child and already thought he could survive in her company long enough to drag her out of country. “You haven’t spent much time with Anna. You think being her childe is enough to bring her back?” She pondered this. It wasn’t entirely unheard of, sire and childe having a particularly strong bond but whether Anna was too far gone to recognize that was the question. True Anna had introduced Sebastian and ‘hers’, but did she actually understand the depth of it? “If you want to brave traveling with her, you can try. Her place was just outside the Geneva city.” Ceara shrugged slightly before twisted about to stand from the barstool.

Ceara paused a few steps, glancing back at Sebastian. “Seeing if she’ll even go traveling is the first task, come on.” She continued on, leaving her bartender to tend to things on his own for a moment as she led Sebastian up the stairs to the study. True to Ceara’s earlier promise to Anna, her personal daywalker was present and entertaining Anna. He sat cross-legged on the floor at the coffee table which he had set up with what china he could find. Unfortunately for him perhaps the burly man donned a hat which Anna had plucked from one of the porcelain dolls on the nearby display shelf. The brunette quietly leaned against the doorjam for a moment, crossing her arms in amusement watching the poor soul endure the child’s whims of playing tea party. At least Anna hadn’t attacked him.

Finally she had decided he had endured enough and cleared her throat to gather Anna’s attention. “Anna…Yoland-“ “Mrs.Nesbitt.” Yoland gruffed quickly earning a confused glance from Ceara. “I’m Mrs.Nesbitt.” Ceara could only blink before deciding playing along was perhaps best if her daywalker was being adamant about it. It may have been a tantrum waiting to happen which he had relented on. “…..Ok…well, Mrs.Nesbitt has work to do now. Tea time is over but Sebastian thought of a new game for you two to play.” The man slowly eased away from the table and the group to slip back downstairs allowing Ceara to crouch down in the space he had previously occupied. “The game requires going on an adventure for a while. Anna, do you still have that little gold card? We need that so you can play the game with Sebastian.” Ceara carefully sidestepped telling Anna where exactly it was Sebastian wished to take her in fear that the child would reject it. Instead she attempted to lure her using the knowledge of her weakness for anything that could be seen as a game. Once Anna had handed over the bank card Ceara offered it over to Sebastian. "Use this to make your arrangements."
