    Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. Although these houses are somewhat small (often two to three bedrooms) they feature back yards, porches, garages and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and for the neighborhood as a whole.

    Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawethorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three story townhouses, often with a one to two car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces.

Unless Anna-Marie was in danger herself there seemed to be little care to those around her; unless they too found themselves under her protection. Therefore, there was hardly a blink from the small vampire when the teapot near exploded while she was explaining the tea leaves and strainer to Dorian. Her gaze followed the fae as he leapt for cover before offering those words of admonishment. Surely it wasn’t her fault seeing as she hadn’t touched it. Loophole. “I never seen it do that. You did it wrong.” Anna shook her head, adamant that the fault lay only with the fae. It was true she had never seen a teapot explode so there was that going for her that she hadn’t known there was something to warn about.

At least not all hope was lost and Dorian returned to reattempting the tea. He had said he was learning and hadn’t tried to dissuade her from the tea party. Therefore, it was easy for the small vampire to so nibble at the tea cookie she found while watching Dorian fiddle about once more. He was better this time around, managing not to explode the pot even though he clearly fumbled at the task with the tea leaves and pouring the water. Anna gave no input on it and allowed Dorian to lead her into the lavish formal dining area for tea. “Thank you.” She dipped in a small curtsey at Dorian holding her chair and climbed up for him to push her back in.

The tea party was on. Anna nodded and reached for the teacup, sipping at it and placing it back down over dramatically on the saucer all while holding her pinky up. “I’m a princess and you’re my knight.” This was the so declared tea party theme. “My name is Princess Leila. What’s your name?” Her crystalline blue eyes gazed back at Dorian expectantly for him to play along. So far he had done a fine job indeed at placating the vampire child but it was yet to be seen on just how long he would actually be able to keep it up. “Your armor is really shiney but not as sparkly as my crown. You should put stuff on it so it sparkles like my crown.” Anna dipped a cookie into her tea then nibbled on it as she swung her legs back and forth slowly beneath the table.
