    Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and for the neighborhood as a whole.

    Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawethorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three story townhouses, often with a one to two car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces.

Nadya Tetradore

Nadya didn’t even expect Frost to answer his question about his own children. She had almost gotten used to his way of sidestepping the topic of his past. When he opened up, sharing what little he knew of his children, it made Nadya pause. She wanted to tell him how sorry she was, that it wasn’t right...but how what if that was something he actually prefered? Some men didn’t care to raise their offspring and simply leave that burden to the women. However, those doubting destructive thoughts didn’t last long as all the young mother had to do was watch how Frost interacted with her own. He hardly knew what he was doing but he never acted like it was beneath him. “It becomes like muscle memory after a while.” With a slight shrug of her shoulder that was all she offered him. She wouldn’t pry anymore on the past she knew he was guarded about tonight.

The inevitable splashing ensued claiming Frost as its main victim. Nadya had never seen the man jump so fast before earning those delightful giggles echoed by the twins. She helped him resettle back at the edge of the tub with a simper as she reassured him, “You’re going to upset them sometimes. They’ll be upset because they can’t have ice cream for breakfast, can’t stay up late, or go around without clothes outside. Children get upset and that’s ok. There is a difference between being upset and being harmed.” It was a lesson Frost would have to learn or the twins, mostly Izzy, would take advantage of that weakness and run amok as she grew. Her attention returned back to finishing cleaning up Izzy until she noticed Frost having a moment with Micah. It was a cute moment though one of slight confusion. Nadya let Frost’s cheeky response pass though with a slight roll of her eyes. She easily wrapped Izzy up and dragged her from the tub before offering Frost a dry shirt. “It’s an old friend’s shirt. He lent it to me but never required it back. But you can wear...or not wear...whatever you want.” She offered Frost a soft smirk before she lifted Micah up to cradle in her arms.

“You can go back to the living room if you want or come with us. I’m just going to tuck them into bed.” There was no test in those words, whether he joined her in their room to see them into bed or not. She merely gave him the option to follow her or retreat. Nadya stepped past Frost carrying Micah while Izzy, still bundled, toddled after her, looking back at Frost the entire time until they exited the bathroom and into the next room which was theirs.
