    Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. Although these houses are somewhat small (often two to three bedrooms) they feature back yards, porches, garages and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and for the neighborhood as a whole.

    Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawethorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three story townhouses, often with a one to two car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces.

    River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold true to the victorian history that permeates the town. you could rattle the stars.
you could do anything,
if only you dared

Vhalla is startled to see the familiar face of the butler, though she never recalled his name and from the looks of it, he must not have gotten a good look at her the last time she had been here. Raising a questioning brow at the man, recognition of some sort dawns over his face as Vhalla haughtily crosses her arms. “Lord?” she questions, brows arched as she follows the butler inside and through the mansion. She was entirely aware by how he continued to glance at her, his posture rigid as he led her through. “I’m not going to break anything you buffoon, I’m just here to see Sebastian,” she mutters mostly to herself.

When they exit the house again, her eyes wander through the estate and she can’t help but admire the beautiful flowers and the rather expensive looking real-estate as she trails after Charles, following him to just outside the barn. Frowning, she’s about to question what they were doing when he lifts a hand and knocks on the wood. For once, Vhalla is entirely oblivious to the protectiveness of Charles, as he plants himself firmly between his lord and the assassin; to the witch, he was merely a human, he could hardly pose a threat to her. Arching a brow at the dismissal of Charles, she steps aside so he can exit, raising a hand to plant firmly on her hip.

She’s quiet for a moment as she regards the vampire across from her, brushing down a rather nice looking horse, whispering in her ear that she was a friend. Brows shooting up, nearly into her hair line, “I didn’t realize we were more than… acquaintances,” she mutters dryly. Her gaze is drawn away by the head of a horse peeking out of a stall farther down the barn before her attention is brought back to Sebastian. Straight to the point. How she hated beating around the bush to resolve problems. She doesn’t move to lift her shift up yet, “What is this thing anyways?” she asks, her tone holding a hint of curiosity, anger absent for the moment. She couldn’t very well unleash on him will there were animals in the vicinity.

After pausing briefly, Vhalla lifts her shirt to expose the red ribbon along with the multiple scars that line her body; her frame clearly honed for fighting. Features stiffening at his inquiry, she shrugs at him, “It’s hard to tell under this thing,” she mutters darkly, her tone rather ungrateful given the circumstances. She wouldn’t admit to Sebastian that, yes, he had helped heal her and potentially saved her life, yet the assassin believed whole heartedly she would have never been in the situation in the first place if he hadn’t bit her. Damn vampires.

“It took longer to heal than I thought it would. It probably didn’t help you took a lot of blood,” she takes a jab at him, scowling briefly as he turns to regard her. Not turning away from his features, her mind drifts back to the familiar mansion she had only just walked through moments ago, “How do you know William?” the question slips off her tongue before she can stop it, “He brought me here once, a long time ago before he vanished. I didn’t realize you two… knew each other,” she explains not entirely sure why she offered the information.
