However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three story townhouses, often with a one to two car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces.

if these wings could fly for the rest of our lives
Arlo was her hero. He was like those guys in spandex and tights with that cape. What was his name again? Err….well, Arlo was like that. Only without the spandex. He'd look funny in tights. But she was sure he could sport a cape. Maybe not a red one. Blue was definitely more his color. Was there a blue cape wielding man? Maybe she'd have to find one later but, for now, she was quite certain that Arlo was absolutely amazing The girl couldn't help but to chirp again at that sound, her gaze filled with a certain kind of adoration as she looked up at him and yet, her superhero seemed thoroughly distracted with...oooo, what was that?? She inquisitively eyed that piano that her Super Arlo seemed to admire and yet, the girl hardly anticipated the way she was so abruptly lifted into the air. Her limbs flailed in a habitual action to the ground simply disappearing beneath her feet before she was so haphazardly placed upon the edge of that piano. Inquisitively she sniffed those ivory keys, her little nose twitching before her attention turned towards that note he'd pointed out. Her head bobbed ever so slightly in understanding of his wants, the girl fully allowing her superman to be tonight's conductor. Her efforts, however, were perhaps not as glamorous as they should have been. Her paws were not made for those slender keys and, more often the not, her attempts to press them included too pressing the one immediately next to it.

He hardly seemed to mind though. In fact, he seemed quite delighted by her efforts all the same. That notion that she might be as good as Beethoven, however, only caused a tooth grin to cross her features, even though she knew well he was being silly. After all, she wasn't even as good as he was! Even so, Abigail was quite delighted by this new found ability to make music, her paws eagerly stepping upon those keys as she began to walk down that piano. She seemed quite enamored by those sounds she produced, though they certainly were not as put together as what her companion was capable of playing - much less pretty really. But they were sounds! That insistence that her efforts were certainly not part of the song was met with but a gleeful chirp of reassurance before the panda lightly bounced on her feet, testing out the sounds of pressing multiple keys at once. Her superhero seemed quite willing to let her experiment and, in those moments, Abigail did exactly that, playing around with cords she hardly knew existed with the stretching of paws and feet whilst making chirping sounds of her utter delight - at least, until Arlo decided her little jam session was over.

A squeak left her lips as she was lifted in the air though the little panda hardly complained when she found herself settled within his lap. She glanced up at him, her small ears flicking slightly as her own melody slowly faded out. She hardly expected the way he leaned forward only to rest his head against the russet fur of her own. Abigail was hardly bothered by that coldness that radiated from his pale skin. In fact, she hadn't thought anything of it at all. Rather, the young girl was far too dedicated to the words that left his lips. Abigail was, sadly, unexposed to that musical world in which her superhero so relished in. The name of that band was meet with simple curiosity though she hardly understood why that song was so secretive, much less why this one would impress her gender more than about other. She was content to speculate over this very fast until Arlo's fingers touched that keyboard, those softer, prettier notes poured from that piano in a way that altogether mesmerized the young panda. Now she was utterly certain he was the Beethoven out of them both! Not that she had ever really doubted it from the beginning! That soft sound of Arlo's hum caused a similar note to reverberate within her, though that purr could hardly be pitched quite the same way. Still, there was something almost peaceful about that moment. Her contentment, however, was distracted only by her companion's voice, the young girl shifted to look up at him curiously.

Truthfully, Abigail certainly hadn't expected that her superhero vampire might have pictures of her to show off! She didn't even question how Mr. Chocolate Man had seen Arlo's phone or her in turn. The simple fact that they had spoken to her was enough to cause her little heart to flutter. She certainly would have blushed if her furr allowed it! Thankfully, it didn't. That question of her eyes was fully cut off by the sudden opening of that door. No! What was he going to say about her eyes?! Were they broken? Oh my God, what if they were bloodshot or something from her late nights recently? She needed to find a mirror to check! She would have done so if it was not for the sudden scowling upon that man's faces, much less those sharp works. The young girl lowered down into Arlo's lap, her ears shifting backwards. Abby had never much been one for confrontation. She was a good girl! His abrupt departure hardly helped to reassure her, the young panda happy to slink back into that hoodie and hide in the depths of that soft, navy fabric. The panda was content to simply watch as the vampire hefted that instrument into his arms, carrying it out into the now crowded bar.

She eyed the newfound crowd with large, hazel eyes, entirely unsure of what to do now that there were just SO MANY PEOPLE. College had a lot of people too but they weren't THIS close. She was only half attentive to her friend as he spoke with those fellow were's on stage, the panda instead entirely content to hide deep within that hoodie, even though she was sure they could sense her as much as she could them. Thankfully, Arlo hardly seemed to linger long upon that stage, instead drifting to the back wall where they could be out of the way and, in turn, to provide Abigail to so take stock of her surroundings. She hardly expected the loud sound that suddenly so assaulted her ears as that band started. SO MUCH NOISE. SHE'D NEVER HEARD SOMETHING SO LOUD IN ALL OF HER LIFE. OH MAI GAWD. NU. STOP. She tried to bury those large ears in her paws, entirely unaware of Arlo's similar reaction. She did NOT like bars. Or concerts for that matter. Abigail just didn't know how to handle all of this! She was used to forests! To nights so silent you could hear the crickets! Even that simple sound of cars had taken a while to get used to. This was a WHOLE nother level!

It wasn't until Arlo retreated to that back room once again that Abigail found herself capable of even thinking. The girl was hardly prepared, truly, for the presence of another vampire. Oh noes. Was he Arlo's friend too? Err...maybe not. Her head delicately brushed against Arlo's fingers, as if attempting to reassure him that she was here, she was okay - maybe her ears a little worse for wear BUT HEY! That ringing would go away, right? The small panda cocked her head to the side, listening intently to the exchange between the two with curiosity and yet, she hardly gleamed anything more than Arlo did himself. Harper, Brown and Ridgeon? Solicitors? Oh no. Abigail knew what that meant. She'd dealt with them before when her mother had died. Those words that followed next were ones she knew well, much less the feelings that must have so coursed through her friend. A rather soft chirp left her lips as she rubbed her head against the vampire's own, attempting in what little way she could that everything was going to be okay. She hardly expected that clipboard to be shoved in her direction and yet, really, if she could take care of that paperwork for her friend, she had every intention of doing so. Her paw was near immediately stuck out, the young girl calling upon the only affinity she had - her unique ability to glow. It was her paw alone that changed to a bright red as she pressed it down on the first of those indicated spots, that bacteria that gifted her such an unusual luminosity was left on the paper in her wake. One down, a few more to go.
