    Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawethorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three story townhouses, often with a one to two car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces.

you choose your words, careful voice,50.46.131.56Posted On September 06, 2017 at 6:00 PM by STERLING

The young man leaned heavily into that embrace, willing to admit to himself, at the very least, how much he had so desperately needed that hug from his boyfriend alone. For so long, Sterling thought Henry had simply left him and though at first he tried to reason it away with the knowledge of how easily Henry could blame himself and, in turn, dwell upon any fashion of wronging that went on between the two of them, that effort to excuse that behavior slowly turned into a sort of self-pitying anger. That simple fact that Henry was here with him somehow managed to dissipate that discontent within him as he near clung to his lover. Softly those words of reassurance fell from his lips, the man clearly attempting to assuage both of their concerns with the promise that everything would surely be okay. In that moment, he simply failed to consider that broken trust or his own fears that the man had left him for someone else. All that mattered was that Henry was here and clearly had little intention of leaving. In time, maybe they could work out all of those other details but for now, this was certainly enough.

It was the sound of Henry's voice that slowly drew his eyes upwards, the warlock no longer attempting to bury his head in Henry's clothing. His eyebrows furrowed ever so slightly in consideration of this new piece of information and yet, it prompted an almost curious feeling within him. Although he knew well how Henry felt of that feline within him, the man had discovered a whole pack to support him during this transition. It was no longer just the two of them attempting to make things work. It made him both peculiarly scared and oddly jealous in a fashion he tried just as quickly to squash. That weak smile crossed his features as he looked up at his boyfriend. "That's great Henry, I mean, I'm glad you found some people to help you." He understood, truly, that Henry was trying to prevent what happened last time from ever occurring again and yet, Sterling's emotions were oddly irrational all the same. He hardly expected the sudden fashion at which he was lifted into Henry's arms, a small sound of surprise leaving his lips and yet, he could not deny how utterly nice it felt to no longer be on his feet. The warlock leaned against his boyfriend's chest, letting his head rest against Henry's shoulder as the man made his way through that small flat and towards Sterling's own bedroom.

He'd become near strangely accustomed to that sent of plant life, much less the fashion at which it made his own room almost muggy. "Err…" Sterling commented at that clear pause within his boyfriend's steps, his own thoughts were so acutely focused on attempting to explain that affinity that he hardly noticed the way those lights overhead reacted to his boyfriend. Thankfully, Henry seemed to embrace this ability with far more ease than he had the last. "Yeah...kind of…" He answered, his words trailing off with a hint of hesitance. Sterling was almost surprised with the way his boyfriend headed towards that bed, placing him on top of it only to pull his body against his own beneath those covers. That bed had become his sanctuary of sorts within those last few weeks. Sterling had spent far too many hours here then he probably should have and yet...he hardly complained of this after waiting for Henry for so long. Rather, he turned within his boyfriend's grasp so that he was capable of facing the man. "I missed you." He voiced softly, almost as if he was concerned that saying the wrong thing might send Henry running again.
