    The South

Although the southern parts of the city might not have the luxuries of the north or the down town vibe of the east, but these suburbs still have their own sort of charm. Here small neighborhood owned shops often run rampant, individuals often know each other by first name. The west is a quaint, quiet part of town. It's the sort of place where children can be seen playing safely on the sidewalks and clamoring in the park. On the weekends in the families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters that surround the city.

    Hyde Park

    Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

    The Outskirts

    The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often times seen as a way to guard this magical city from the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

virtue has a veil, vice a mask Azrael and Serafina 47.186.158.204Posted On March 21, 2017 at 6:18 PM by Raven Clocksworth

i'm not ashamed of my scars, i'm ashamed of the world for not understanding.

One would think that with her Alpha back in town Raven would be quite happy. The sad truth of the matter was...she was not. At least tonight. Earlier in the evening the werewolf left the Ark to go and find her friend and familiar. Not only did she want to let the witch know the good news, that Tetradore had returned, but she also wanted to have a girl’s night. The lupine was determined to do something fun with her friend. After all she was not going to look over her mate. Now that her Alpha was back he had a lot of time to make up for being dead, and so her mate was determined to spend time with their Alpha and not her. Which was fine with Raven, because if the boys could have a night on the town...then why couldn’t she? When she made it to the woman’s shop she was dismayed to see the sign turned around to ‘Closed,’ with the lights completely out. It was when she ran over to the witch’s home did she notice something felt completely off. For starters when she knocked on the door no one answered. Her familiar senses were tingly and not in a good way, everything felt...off. As she jiggled the door knob she was surprised to see it was unlocked, and as she slowly pushed the door open she entered into the foyer carefully. As she flipped on the lights her jaw dropped to the floor to see the witch’s former immaculate living room completely destroyed. With a soft whimper she studied the room, eyes roaming over each fallen piece of furniture, following the evidence of the scuffle. Although Serafina wasn’t pack, that bond between them should have alerted her that the witch was in trouble. When she entered the kitchen she caught a familiar scent, Dark Hunter. Did the Dark Hunter that captured her and Frost come to steal her witch? If it wasn’t him, then what would the Dark Hunters want with her? There was only one Dark Hunter she could speak to that might have the answer she needs.

After she shut the front door behind her, firmly, she immediately shifted into her lupine form, darting quickly towards the South. When she ventured with her pack to the woods in the South she had caught the strong scent of Azrael, which assured the woman that he either frequently visits there, or lives there. By tracking his scent the she-wolf managed to find it getting stronger the closer she got towards a rundown apartment complex. Eventually she would make it to his door. Unsure if she really wanted to knock on the door or not, she sat there for a moment contemplating until she noticed that one of his windows was cracked open slightly. Now, she knew that no one would be foolish to walk into a Dark Hunter’s home....and yet she was desperate. Making her size much...smaller like a mouse, she used her telekinesis to lift her form up to the window as she scurried on in. Reaching into his, well, it looked like a living room. The lights were off, which is good, because it would look pretty bad if he saw a mouse-sized wolf running around. Quietly she shifted back to her normal size, quietly moving through the apartment towards the room where the man was asleep. Stalking towards his bedroom the lupine went still as she stood in the threshold. There in the bed was a sleeping Dark Hunter. Now, Raven knew this would be stupid and yet she really needed him to be awake. Slowly the lupine inched closer towards the man unsure really how this was going to work. Well, how was she going to do this? Gently she inched up towards his bed, her cold nose gently pushing into his side hoping that might stir him awake, but it did absolutely nothing. With a shake of her head she headed towards the end of the bed and slowly crawled into it, crawling over him like a dog would with its Master. Bringing the shadows closer to her, should he harm her, only her mauled face could be seen within the darkness, as her paws were placed on his chest the lupine looking down upon him. With a pitiful whine she began to lick the man to death, hoping perhaps he would finally wake up, and when he did her voice held a panic tone to it.

“Serafina is gone. Serafina is missing. Serafina got kidnapped...by you kind. Where is she?!”
No one could deny she was loyal to her friend. She was being a good familiar. A familiar that clearly didn’t understand boundaries.
