    The South

Although the southern parts of the city might not have the luxuries of the north or the down town vibe of the east, but these suburbs still have their own sort of charm. Here small neighborhood owned shops often run rampant, individuals often know each other by first name. The west is a quaint, quiet part of town. It's the sort of place where children can be seen playing safely on the sidewalks and clamoring in the park. On the weekends in the families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters that surround the city.

    Hyde Park

    Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

    The Outskirts

    The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often times seen as a way to guard this magical city from the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

i'm not ashamed of my scars, i'm ashamed of the world for not understanding.

Walking around Serafina’s apartment did nothing but increase her anxiety. There was nothing, absolutely nothing that helped the lupine to figure out just where the witch was. She wasn’t here like she should be. That was all she knew. It was irritating how her bond to the woman was not being more helpful by helping her pinpoint where she was. Of course she could feel through the bond that something was wrong, but it wasn’t working properly like it was supposed to. When she was being tortured by that Dark Hunter with Frost, she didn’t feel any of her strings that tethered to her people. Surely her Alpha and mate would have come to her aide if they knew she was in danger. Come to think about it none of them asked her about it. Not even Serafina. The last time Raven was going through a traumatic experience, Serafina had felt it and came to see her the following day, bringing with her a rude and annoying Dark Hunter. Thinking about that Dark Hunter was enough to cause her to quiver. What if that same man that harmed her, and revealed to her, her worst nightmare was the one that was behind this. What if that was the case?! The raven-haired witch would be bound and gagged, probably going under some terrible torture. Terrified a soft whimper was released as she headed closer towards the Dark Hunter, out of an old habit. Primal instincts demanded the she-wolf be closer to others, when she was worried, and it was unfortunate that it was him.

Shifting in front of her own kind was comfortable. Shifting in front of a Dark Hunter was completely unnerving. She was putting some trust into Azrael to not harm or kill her while she was in the process of changing. When he quickly took a step back out of his own fear she was grateful for the space. It was when she offered her phone to him, and a fair warning on how to speak to her mate, the rolling of his eyes was answered, with a soft growl. She was in no mood for him to be so full of himself. If he was that concerned about Serafina then he would do his best to follow her instruction. The lupine knew how to make Tobias listen and work with her. It was when she needed him to work with others that made things rather difficult. Patiently she stood there, arms crossed as she stood waiting...hoping this wasn’t a bad idea. Why the man used her mates’ formal name, she did not know, but when he used her formal name that clearly became a road block. Her pink lip curled slightly into a small simper. Why her spotted companion insisted on others using his made up nickname for her, she did not know, but apparently this was something she would need to warn to anyone the next time they spoke to him about her. It was when the blonde began to raise his voice that her eyes narrowed, another soft growl warning the man that he was straying from his attempt of being ‘kind.’ With the conversation done she caught the phone that was thrown at her. Her dial would tilt to the side for a moment as she attempted to translate what it was Tobias was trying to say. With a frown she shook her head in a defeated manner, not pleased to know this was where Serafina was.

“An angry giraffe means a crane. The only warehouses that I know of that are near cranes would be located within the black market.”

If this has been a different point in time, Raven would have sworn she and her mate would be fantastic at ‘Don’t Say that Word.’ Perhaps one day they could play it with someone, maybe another couple? Although it would be difficult to find another couple that was willing to endure her mate’s presence. Easily she allowed that shift to overcome her. Only this time her size was quite...obviously smaller. The peculiar coated she-wolf was the size of a small wolf pup. Of course she looked absolutely adorable. With a wave of her little fluffy gray tail, she bounded towards the Dark Hunter lifting herself on her back paws and pressing her front paws against his leg. Big, blue-grey eyes looked up expectantly at the man. She had purposefully made herself this size to ensure that she was the appropriate size to accommodate him on this new journey to the West.

“I know you can run fast, so...pick me up and let’s go to the West. Let’s go find Sera!”
