    The South

Although the southern parts of the city might not have the luxuries of the north or the down town vibe of the east, but these suburbs still have their own sort of charm. Here small neighborhood owned shops often run rampant, individuals often know each other by first name. The west is a quaint, quiet part of town. It's the sort of place where children can be seen playing safely on the sidewalks and clamoring in the park. On the weekends in the families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters that surround the city.

    Hyde Park

    Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

    The Outskirts

    The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often times seen as a way to guard this magical city from the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

When you look into an abyss, the abyss looks into you
It had been ages since the pair had spent any time in eachothers company. So when Raven asked to spend the day together, Regan was happy to comply. They ran amok on the docks until Jackal came and got angry; doing that stupid shouty thing he does. Regan could have cared less but she knew Raven wouldn't like beign scolded. So, they absconded into the forest around the park.

Regan was careful to lead Raven a safe distance away and around her tree. She didn't want anyone knowing about it in the first place. Stupid viking for finding it. Stupid viking for kissing and touching her. Stupid viking for awakening that ache...

Rattled from her wayward thoughts they began their hunt and Regan gorged herself like always. Though she was careful to allow Raven her share even though the predatory part of her didn't want to. In the world of cats, possession was 9/10ths of the law.

Sated she flopped herself onto the ground and rolled around in the some of the lingering scents. She kept an ear tilted in Raven's direction so the wolf would know she was listening -- even though her amethyst eyes were locked on the up and down motion of the girls tail. Gently she batted it a few times. Pressing massive paws on the wagging object before releasing it and capturing it again. Mental hums of agreement in the right places before the tiger seized the offending object within her jaws and held it. "Lasers?" Regan is unsure what lasers are and though she was mildly impressed with Raven's spontaneous act of rebellion, the action itself didn't hold the same excitement for the girl. Regan did bad things all the time. Just because she wanted to. Or didn't understand she shouldn't have done it to begin with.
