    The South

Although the southern parts of the city might not have the luxuries of the north or the down town vibe of the east, but these suburbs still have their own sort of charm. Here small neighborhood owned shops often run rampant, individuals often know each other by first name. The west is a quaint, quiet part of town. It's the sort of place where children can be seen playing safely on the sidewalks and clamoring in the park. On the weekends in the families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters that surround the city.

    Hyde Park

    Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

    The Outskirts

    The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often times seen as a way to guard this magical city from the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

LET THE GREAT AXE FALL

She is drunk.

Something has bothered the girl enough to drive her into an oblivion of waste caused by some sort of liqueur that mixes with what could have been a sweet perfume belonging to her. Those thick forearms cross, legs parting as he takes this stern almost father-like stance as crystal eyes bore down upon her. At her words his thick eyebrows raise, eyes dancing in temptation. He has not killed for awhile, and the idea is almost delightful to him. The corners of his plush lips twitch slightly under his beard.. His eyes fall from her face, head tilting slightly as if to consider the option. Her body is slim, appealing to his bloodthirsty eye as well as his other one.

But no, not tonight no need for blood on this night.

Before he can tell her is decision though, more slurred words fall from her lips and he smirks once more. ‘welcome.” is his simple growled out reply. He can read her like he reads himself in the mirror, voices lingering in his own thoughts as if to explain what this nonsense is. Something is wrong with her, other than her drinking, and he can tell in the rigidness of her body as if she is trying to block something out.

The viking king squats before her, elbows resting on his knees as he peers deep into her eyes. “what torments you, girl?” he inquires, one eyebrow lifting. “for me, it is the voices.” no ones knows of what ails the brute, yet here he goes telling this drunken stranger. One reason being she might not even remember tomorrow, the other being that he could relate and that is something he is unconsciously desperate for. To relate to someone, to not feel so alone in this insanity.
