    The South

Although the southern parts of the city might not have the luxuries of the north or the down town vibe of the east, but these suburbs still have their own sort of charm. Here small neighborhood owned shops often run rampant, individuals often know each other by first name. The west is a quaint, quiet part of town. It's the sort of place where children can be seen playing safely on the sidewalks and clamoring in the park. On the weekends in the families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters that surround the city.

    Hyde Park

    Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

    The Outskirts

    The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often times seen as a way to guard this magical city from the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

Henry didn't like knowing that Malia was suffering at the hands of her former pack. Perhaps it was a good thing that her pack had given up on her. It would show her that she really didn't need them - she had friends who cared for her, a pack he'd like to think would protect her. Already he had it in her mind that if things didn't work out with Frost and Nadya, Henry would fight hard to get her to join their pack. He hadn't had any problems so far. Surely Raven would like some more female company instead of a bunch of grouchy men.

However, it was Tet's outburst that caused Henry to pause. He looked over at his alpha, glaring lightly at him. “You need to lighten up. No need to get defensive. What's done is done.” What had happened so long ago had happened and there was nothing they could do at this point to change the outcome. Henry was still a were and nothing could make him human again. Already he had decided to stop blaming Tet and just accept who he was. So what was all this attitude about? “You probably shouldn't be stealing anyway...” Now, Henry was not the picture of perfection, but he was trying to shape up. He was done with his life of drugs and he was really trying hard to get himself back on track. He wanted a nice life with Sterling.

Thankfully, the conversation switched to just what they had been doing - trying to teach him how to climb trees. This feline body was very hard to maneuver in and honestly, he wasn't exactly coordinated enough to climb trees. He had wanted to keep those faults to himself, and yet Tet was insistent on making sure Malia knew just how much he sucked at being a cat. He growled at Tetradore, batting at his shoulder with his paw. “Shut the fuck up. I'm getting better - okay?” While he had come a long way, there was still a long way to go.
