    The South

Although the southern parts of the city might not have the luxuries of the north or the down town vibe of the east, but these suburbs still have their own sort of charm. Here small neighborhood owned shops often run rampant, individuals often know each other by first name. The west is a quaint, quiet part of town. It's the sort of place where children can be seen playing safely on the sidewalks and clamoring in the park. On the weekends in the families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters that surround the city.

    Hyde Park

    Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

    The Outskirts

    The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often times seen as a way to guard this magical city from the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

Wake up to your dreams
And watch them come true

Nadya couldn’t help but chuckle softly at Henry’s comment to assure she didn’t use her pheromone power on him. “Don’t worry, I can control it now. It has other uses when needed to get out of situations. If, say, a Hunter is attacking, in a small dose it will make them not want to hurt me.” She nibbled on the watermelon as she listened to Henry. It was certainly an unfortunate situation that he found himself in.

However, his word choice caused her to shake her head. “Hate…no. I have never hated any of them nor do I now. Raven…well, quite honestly you’ll learn she has a list of people she hates. She has history of her wolf form going feral which is a safety concern for my twins so I couldn't trust her when in were form. My brother and I do not hate each other. My concerns have always been as a mother and because of the things that happened I just don’t trust him anymore and he doesn’t trust me. We disagree on a lot of issues but we don’t hate each other.” It was best he understood that. Whatever her and her brother went through it was never out of hate. “It’s ridiculous to hate someone anyways. Holding grudges like that is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die.”

Izzy and Micah returned with their buckets with the little critters crawling about inside. “I win?” Izzy questioned as she held her bucket for her mother to see. Apparently it had been a contest to see who could collect the most. “It’s not a race Izzy.” She gently hushed her toddler to sit and play so she could turn her attention back to Henry. “You don’t have to lead but being practically heir comes with good benefits for you. It means my brother will always protect you and others will respect you. It doesn’t mean you have to tell them what to do; it just means you won’t get pushed around.” She shrugged slightly. “It’s better than the other option. There are people who have been turned where their creator leaves them high and dry to figure it out on their own.”
