    The South

Although the southern parts of the city might not have the luxuries of the north or the down town vibe of the east, but these suburbs still have their own sort of charm. Here small neighborhood owned shops often run rampant, individuals often know each other by first name. The west is a quaint, quiet part of town. It's the sort of place where children can be seen playing safely on the sidewalks and clamoring in the park. On the weekends in the families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters that surround the city.

    Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

    The Outskirts

    The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often times seen as a way to guard this magical city from the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The Call Home ... The Tune In Our Hearts

Killian would chuckle at Arlo’s curiosity. It was rather enjoyable for him to see how something that he would view as miniscule and silly, as something that was interesting and worth learning.
He had not forgotten Arlo asking him why he came here from Ireland.
A slight twinge in his head would cause him to slightly twitch a bit at the thought. Remembering that fateful day as something he still couldn’t really get over, let alone talk about easily.
“Remind me to actually tell you more about that Arlo another time… There’s a long story behind that.”
Killian kindly replied, which was the proper response here vice how most people would act.
Most would simply lash out in anger and berate the person asking. But Killian had a vast amount of patience and tolerance for others, especially since he wouldn’t expect everyone to just know his life story with laying eyes on him.

Killian did get a chuckle at his response to hearing he was homosexual. It was rather nice, and even the random little tidbit Arlo threw in about using magic.
“Not sure if there’s a spell for making someone fall in love.. And if there was, I would think it would be a bit of a taboo spell. Back home in Ireland, there were a lot of spells considered to be ‘forbidden’ and were only casted in privacy or when it was pitch black out like it is right now.”
He had explained as he followed Arlo, but he’d suddenly see another figure appear…

There was an air about him that Killian could feel, and it was very strong. Killian did his best to relax himself around this new figure but he couldn’t help but feel some uneasiness, and he couldn’t get a read off of Arlo.
Something just not right, but Killian would do his best to hide it.
The figure put his hand out towards Killian, and he looked down then back into the eyes of this mysterious man.
Who was he? Why was here all the sudden? And what was with that look in his eyes?
Killian couldn’t shake the vibrations he was feeling…

It was rather unsettling in his gut, but he wasn’t about to crack. No, instead, he reached out and tightly grasped the other mans hand and shook it with a great authority and firmness.
“We haven’t met… Killian Carrick. Pleasure is mine.”
The Irishman said to the Brit as he would remove his hand from the handshake and watch the man closely, like a dog would with a passerby in the middle of the night.
