    The West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a certain grunge that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, instead letting the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

    Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark appears to be little more than an abandoned cargo ship. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.

The sun would soon be rising - Tetradore could feel it within his soul. It made him fidgety, nervous even if only because he knew the simple moment of truth would soon be upon him. After this, there would be no more playing dead. The corpse Tetradore had left upon Samantha's roof would either remain simply that or would be lit and burned to smithereens. The entirety of his fate existed within that simple moment and the prospect of sharing it with the already perturbed fae frightened him. Although she was handling the truth of his prior life with relative grace, Tetradore could see the pity in her eyes. Excusing himself from her was an entirely different challenge, the man only managing to do so by allowing that shift to once again overcame him, leaving the woman arguing with a rather mute jungle cat. The man climbed out onto the fire escape but moments later bounding upwards despite the still healing wounds that littered his ebony hide. Time was entirely of the essence and Tetradore was banking on one solemn promise made to him to ensure he didn't have to go through this alone.

He stepped out onto the roof of Samantha's building, wearily still eying the corpse that hadn't moved since he'd abandoned it there. It somehow pained him, even being in the vicinity of what he had done - of seeing her laid out like that on the ground. Softly the man exhaled, steeling his nerves as his ebony paws silently approached her, his nose reached out to gingerly touch her flesh, expecting some sort of reaction out of her and yet….nothing came. She remained still, exactly as she should have with her throat still ripped open and a large piece of wood still protruding from her chest. He closed his eyes, all too aware of the sound of Samantha's feet upon the fire escape below him and yet - this he didn't want her to see. Tetradore summoned that darkness, letting it engulf him and take him away from that apartment building until the familiar sensation of the ship's deck was under his feet. Slowly, he circled the woman, grabbing onto the bottom edge of her jeans, he slowly pulled her body towards the shade he knew would be cast from the building that led down stairs. It was but a precaution in case this took longer than he'd thought it might.

The jaguar made his way towards the staircase, pausing at the threshold to glance back at her before stepping inside with a soft exhale on his lips. There was a certain sort of tenseness to his frame as he moved down the stairs and deeper into the ship. He knew exactly where Tobias would be, the man moving with a purpose down the hallway to his own bedroom and yet, he stopped just outside of Tobias' room. The boy had taken to remaining at Raven's side of late. He was sure half of it was their latest issue with her feral state and too half of their blossoming relationship. Tentatively, Tetradore nosed open the door, entirely unsure of what state that he'd find the pair in. Thankfully, the room was entirely dark and silent, exactly as it should be given the late hour. The man cautiously made his way towards their hammock, carefully stepping around the maze of toys to remain as silent as possible. He paused on the edge, reaching forward to nose his spotted companion before his own mind reached out to Tobias alone. "Wake up, I need you."
