    The West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a certain grunge that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, instead letting the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

    Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark appears to be little more than an abandoned cargo ship. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.

years I've walked in the coldest winds
from sorrow and pain I find my strength
the more I hurt, the clearer I see.

Frost had become such a distinctly identifiable scent to him, one that he utterly despised by mere smell alone. That musk that was so uniquely aggravating for the were-king that detecting it upon her was all too easy and, in turn, those dots were ever so rapidly connected within the man's mind. After all, he doubted very much that she had learned to suddenly shift on her own accord, not when she had denied her existence as a were for so very long. A small shrug crossed his shoulders as she so enthusiastically demanded to learn that very skill and yet, the were truly had little on that front to teach her. "His smell lingers on you because, I assume, you've been around him recently. I know his scent too well..." Along with another scent he so innately knew and yet, too couldn't quite place. It brought a small frown to his features though he saw no reason to voice it, instead taken with another idea. "Before you leave," He uttered, his emerald eyes settled on her intensely, "Let me rub up against you so my scent will be all over you. It'll piss him off." It was childish, perhaps, and yet Tetradore was not above reducing himself to such frivolous antics if only to further vex the man in the fashion Frost had so done to him for months.

Regardless, Tetradore continued, voicing his own disappointment in her choice of an Alpha. His own eyebrow rose as she questioned him and yet, that glimpse of annoyance was altogether fleeting, even in the wake of his sarcasm. "No, I'm an Alpha in a pack of one. Of course I have a pack. You can't be an Alpha without one." A loner, perhaps. An outcast. But even the most domineering of souls required a pack to gain that elusive status of 'Alpha' and the so called perks that came with it. His head bobbed ever so slightly in confirmation that Frost and himself were hardly friends in any fashion and yet...it was the mention of territory that caused his own eyebrows to furrow. "No…" He voiced with a hint of uncertainty, a soft sigh leaving his lips in the proces. He'd never truly considered what Frost wanted or the man's underlying motives to so attacking his pack, though he doubted sincerely it was for the Ark. "I'm afraid you'll have to ask him what he wants. Besides my sister." If all of this was for Nadya, he likely would have abhorred the pair's coupling even more than he already did. She already was betraying him on a constant basis.

Tetradore set that drink upon the table, settling in the chair across from her and yet, the clear confusion on her lips only caused his head to shake ever so slightly. "By stronger I mean….more intense." He clarified with a pause, though he suspected she would hardly understand the concept of the liquor all the same. Coyotes simply didn't indulge in anything quite mind altering as alcohol, or even the catnip that his kind indulged in. Still, her loud voice seemed to echo in the bar, provoking the were-king to inquire if she was even capable of being quieter. Though Tetradore himself was a large presence within the western ward, he disliked being the spotlight of attention beyond the walls of the Ark. The mention of assholes, however, saw his eyebrows raise ever so slightly. "I suppose so." He uttered simply, that simplistic view altogether intriguing to him. Still, Tetradore hardly lingered upon it long, instead inquiring how she enjoyed being human and, in turn, her experience with her own Alpha. His head bobbed ever so slightly as she inquired after the meaning of that word. A soft chuckle left his lips as she reached over to pick up his glass, clearly quite pleased with the existence of her thumbs. "So you can." Tetradore muttered, watching as she set that cup back down in front of him. It was the mention of bears and their experience cliff jumping that saw his head shake ever so slightly. "No, I reserve those activities for you. I did, however, go after a water buffalo recently." Well, he had, and won, naturally, though he hardly saw a reason to voice that the creature had been another were within the ring of the Ark then a wild, brainless animal like that large bear they'd once bested.
