    The West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a certain grunge that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, instead letting the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

    Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark appears to be little more than an abandoned cargo ship. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.

There are also whispers of hard to obtain goods being sold behind those closed doors but you have to know who's who to get an in!

years I've walked in the coldest winds
from sorrow and pain I find my strength
the more I hurt, the clearer I see.

In truth, Tetradore had decidedly limited experience in his position as the head of that pack. He should have spent the majority of his juvenile years learning from his father to so assist in peculiar situations such as this, unfortunately, that time was so stolen from him, leaving the man on his own to so figure out how he might help his own vector. A somber glimpse crossed the features of that ebony feline as he so gingerly allowed his own thoughts to reach out and brush against that aggressive mind of his companion. Henry’s name rested upon his lips, so attempting to call to that man throughout that feral haze that so clearly filled him. He was hardly expecting any real reaction, really, simply probing tentatively into his companion. That silence he was greeted with was hardly surprising and yet, the were King had hardly given up. Rather, his thoughts turned inward, attempting so come up with something that might assist with this...odd situation.

His thought process, however, was interrupted by a singular thought that so pierced his own mind, his emerald eyes quickly shifted back towards that like colored feline. His head tilted to the side in surprise and yet, that simple sentence gave the were hope. It was with that in mind that he trailed after the feline, his own figure brushing against the creature’s shoulder as Henry continued to stalk forward in search of something. It hardly mattered to Tetradore, the Alpha merely desiring that touch if only for the stronger connection that it provided him. His own thoughts pressed stronger against the creature’s mind, so attempting to latch onto any hint of that human man’s thoughts beneath those distinctly wild instincts. It was difficult, to bring the human to the surface without necessarily causing that shift, that simple action surely requiring practice and yet, Tetradore was hardly one to give up so easily. “Henry...” His voice continued on, coaxing the man towards him even if it was entirely metaphorical.
