    The West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a certain grunge that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, instead letting the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

    Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark appears to be little more than an abandoned cargo ship. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.

years I've walked in the coldest winds
from sorrow and pain I find my strength
the more I hurt, the clearer I see.

Tetradore was hardly surprised by that near nondescript shrug he was given at the suggestion of venturing outside of that sanctuary of the warehouse they currently occupied. After all, to so venture into public life when the ebony panther had caused such harm was certainly a large, noteworthy step for the fellow. Still, he was determined to show the man that not everything about being a were was bad. After all, there was great pleasure to be found in simply connecting with that more animalistic side of them. He shoved his shoulder against the door, using his species weight to send it swinging outwards. A small look of satisfaction filled his emerald eyes as he glanced briefly back at the man. "Come on." He spoke, gesturing outside. He led the way down towards that southern part of town, his large ebony paws loping effortlessly against that cemented sidewalk beneath him. Regardless of their decidedly public appearance, he remained ever vigilant, sticking particularly close to his vector as they entered those neighborhoods that bordered that forest. The last thing he needed was the fellow to loose his control when there were children so particularly near.

Thankfully, the pair made it to that outcropping of trees without incident. Most of the citizens of the metropolis knew well to avoid any sort of animal out of the ordinary, their kind's existence was well known within these parts. A soft exhale left his lips as those large trunks began to surround the pair, his claws extended, digging into that dirt beneath them as he man stretched out those muscles. His emerald eyes turned back towards the man beside him, now that the danger had been dealt with and he'd convinced the fellow to agree with some sort of plan, Tetradore saw little reason why the two men couldn't simply have fun. His tail began to lash behind him, his ears erect upon his head, he doubted it would be easy to so coax that carefree nature from the boy and yet, for the first time, Tetradore was willing to indulge in a sort of playfulness that was so atypical for him. He leaned back, his body nestled against the ground as his butt wiggled ever so slightly. He afforded the panther a singular moment before near pouncing on the ebony feline, colliding with his form before hopping away from the fellow. "Your it." He commented over his shoulder, his tail still flicking as he watched for that reaction.
