    The West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a certain grunge that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, instead letting the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

    Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark appears to be little more than an abandoned cargo ship. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.

years I've walked in the coldest winds
from sorrow and pain I find my strength
the more I hurt, the clearer I see.

Tetradore was wholly aware of that change within the young man as he brought him out and into the world at large. Where that animal half of him had once dominated his body, now there was but an unhinged man trying to find his legs. He was aware of that rather uncoordinated gait, as if Henry hadn't the slightest idea of how to move upon four legs and yet, he hardly saw a reason to comment upon it all the same. The man was trying, even he recognized that and so, rather than berate him or offer any words of encouragement, Tetradore merely made sure his pace was a tad slower than it might have otherwise been. He was willing to give Henry time to figure out things on his own, the man simply lingering if only to ensure that creature within the boy was kept at bay. However, the more streets they covered and the closer they got to that sanctuary of that forest, the more it seemed Henry found a certain sort of ease with his now primal body, that connection alone was enough to bring a hint of satisfaction within him.

There was something almost homely about that forest as they ventured deeper into those trees, the smells and sounds of nature assaulted his acute senses and yet, Tetradore seemed rather unperturbed by the whole thing. Rather, his gaze shifted slightly towards his companion as his foot falls slowed. He lowered his physique towards the ground beneath him and yet, he was entirely aware that Henry hardly seemed to notice this change at all. The boy seemed far more lost within his thoughts. It certainly didn't take mind reading to know the man was likely contemplating that soul he'd left behind, even if Tetradore knew little of his relationship with the man he'd harmed. Rather, it was that brooding nature he so intimately seemed to understand. Still, it was his job to show that there was more to that animal then it's ability to cause harm. There was fun that could be had, a oneness with the world and the pack, a family, a life. And all of it begun with a simple game of play.

His body slammed into Henry's own but moment's later before the creature leapt away from his vector. A hint of amusement filled those emerald green eyes as he watched Henry slowly come to a stand, that huff hardly ignored. Instead, the feline simply dashed several feet forward, glancing backwards to see if Henry followed. A chuffing sound reverberated within his throat as Henry's form launched into action, the feline was apparently willing to indulge him, giving chase but moments later. For a long while Tetradore was entirely content to simply run the fellow through the forest, leaping over fallen trees and boulders. That wind whipped through his hair, that moment almost freeing and yet, there was more to this then the acres of trees that ran before them. He stopped abruptly, his chest still heaving and his tongue lolled out and panting before his emerald eyes turned towards his companion. His head nodded in the direction of that small clearing, his body slowly nestling down into those bushes on the edge ."Rabbits." That voice entered ever so softly into Henry's mind as he glanced up at the man, clearly expecting him to join him. "Catch one and we'll call it good for the day." It was the sort of challenge his pack would have excelled at. Do this thing and I'll give you what you want - just as he expected Henry might want to have this feline experience come to an end.
