    The West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a certain grunge that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, instead letting the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

    Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark appears to be little more than an abandoned cargo ship. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.

Be careful when wandering this district at night for many groups meet within those dark, dilapidated buildings. There are also whispers of hard to obtain goods being sold behind those closed doors but you have to know who's who to get an in!

He could hear Raven’s words, but he could not respond. He was trying to take hold of his body, to fight off the feralness that threatened to come forward. He was trying…trying harder than Raven might think. But this feline was stronger than he could have ever imagined. This feline knew his weaknesses, it knew how to fight off Henry’s own consciousness. It was aggravating. It continued to growl and snarl, wanting only to pick a fight and show off its dominance. Henry would win this battle.

It was then that Tetradore was standing in front him, his head butting his own. He felt the grasp of the feline fall quickly under Tetradore’s spell, the feline relaxing and his growling ceasing. Henry slowly was able to overcome the beast.

His posture finally relaxed and he felt himself take control. “I’m here…” His words were spoken softly into Tetradore’s head, letting him know that he was in control now. It was easier this time to overcome the beast. It was slowly getting easier. Maybe one day, he would be able to shift without the help of his maker.

Pulling away from Tetradore once he released his control on him, he began to run through the sand towards the other two. He might not feel completely comfortable in his feline body (and he sure as hell looked funny trying to run in the sand), but he was getting better with time.

He ran past the pair of them, coming to stand on the hard sand just out of reach of the waves that slapped against the sand. Claws extended into the sand, his eyes looking down at the ground. He heaved a heavy sigh as he rose his head to look out over the water in silent reflection.
