    The West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a certain grunge that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, instead letting the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

    Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark appears to be little more than an abandoned cargo ship. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.

Tobias' insistence that Henry was rather fond of them as a whole drew his emerald eyes, his own eyebrows furrowed in consideration. Surely, the boy would have picked up on any sort of subliminal distress from his Vector, wouldn't he? Though Tobias was often not terribly adept at understanding those true depths of emotions, he had seen the boy bristle before from just an aura on another soul he hadn't quite liked. Any consideration he might have put towards this, however, was quickly torn away by the sudden presence of a contract within his siblings hand, one that outlined a sort of peace treaty that he had not been consulted on. This was certainly a rather one sided affair, wasn't it? It was that voicing of his intention not to sign such a document, however, that prompted that fierceness within his sister that he was entirely unsurprised to see. That retort caused his eyebrow to raise ever so slightly and yet, those words were hardly astonishing to him in the least. After all, he knew well that this was all for Nadya. It was that very reason that he refused to sign that contract in the first place. A peace built for one woman was no real peace at all.

Rather, Tetradore's attention shifted towards his childhood friend as the boy approached that contract, eying it with a clear sort of skepticism. That statement that the contract was null and void because the name upon that line was not Frost's real one caught his attention. He leaned against that doorframe, simply watching as Nadya made the effort to shoo the boy off and yet, Tetradore was wholly assured that 'caballo' was not what the boy was referring to. It wasn't as if Tetradore had ever given much thought to Frost's real name, after all, it had never really mattered to him, nor did it still. It was, however, that assurance that Nadya was absolutely refusing any sort of actual face to face interaction between the two men that truly began to provoke a sense of frustration within the man. A small frown tugged at his lips and yet, he said nothing in response, simply listening as she continued on about her assurances that Frost would not attack him whilst all together calling Tetradore himself into question.

Those emerald eyes quite near stared at the young woman in front of him, as if he had not truly comprehended exactly what she had said to him. Truly, she was demanding from him assurances that he would not attack Frost? He - whom had never provoked her boyfriend in the first place? He - whom had only acted out of direct retaliation to Frost's actions? It had been nearly a year since he had been back from the dead and still, she came into his home to make demands of him? Like he still gave any fucks about that man? Like his life still revolved around her and her melodrama? Like he didn't have far greater problems? "You want me to give you some form of an assurance that I won't attack Frost or your new pack?" He started rather slowly, repeating those words she had offered him as if to ensure that he truly comprehended that which she was asking of him. That tone within her voice was equally as astounding to him, his own fist clenched and unclenched in a subtle but present show of his annoyance. His sibling had some gaul to make such demands from him, to display some measure of hurt when she had done little to actually be there for him.

"I have no intention of giving you anything, Nadya." He stated quite bluntly, his voice particularly diplomatic and yet, Tetradore continued all the same without hesitation. "My past and present disinterest in him should have already told you all you needed to know without having to storm into the Ark with your piece of paper and your demands. If our packs clash again, that is an affair for Frost and I to handle - weather it's in battle or over coffee at that little cafe he frequents. That is his choice. You are not the Alpha of his pack. Your words hold no weight in this peace nor does anything I do or do not give you - because this is a matter between Frost and myself." Though his sibling had all but staunchly refused that meeting, it was truly an inevitability if this was ever going to work in a way Nadya wanted, with or without her consent. Otherwise, the young woman would just have to make do with what she already had - Tetradore's complete and utter lack of interest in any affair that had anything to do with that horse.
