    The West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a certain grunge that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, instead letting the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

    Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark appears to be little more than an abandoned cargo ship. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.

In all honestly, Henry didn’t much care for how Raven had chosen to voice her concerns. He would have much rather had a conversation than have her thoughts assault him. He was not used to the way in which she communicated. Perhaps, in time, he would grow accustomed to it one day. But today, today he had so many other things forced on him that he felt as if he was losing more and more control. He just wanted to feel normal. But each day that passed, he felt less and less so. The little piece of information that Tetradore offered about Nadya’s children also being Tobias’ made sense as to why Raven was a bit more defensive, but it still wasn’t a good enough excuse.

The conversation quickly moved onto a far more emotional topic between the two of them. Tetradore admitted that he cared for Henry…something that was new and strange to him. He loved Sterling…but he had never found anyone else that he truly cared for. Sure, he felt a sense of brotherhood and bonding with Tetradore, but he was he supposed to feel something more? He was confused to say the least. He wasn’t sure what he should feel. After all, he’d never been through this before. However, Tetradore nodded his head, repeating again that he truly did care for Henry.

But despite what Tetradore might think, Henry didn’t dislike him. Honestly, his brain was filled with far too many other things to worry about whether or not he disliked his Alpha. So far, Tetradore had done nothing to hurt Henry…nothing to break his trust. He was trying to help him, and that spoke volumes. But despite all that Tetradore was doing, Henry couldn’t quite let him in emotionally until he was able to control himself. His focus was purely on Sterling and ensuring that he never hurt the man again. His suggestion to work on his shifting with Sterling in attendance made his heart rate increase. He felt his heart pounding in his chest as nervousness took hold. “Perhaps once I can control my shifting. Tetradore…I can’t hurt him again.” His voice had soften and there was fear present. Perhaps Tetradore would see just how much Sterling meant to him in his pleading that he could not hurt Sterling again. He wasn’t sure they would recover again.
