    The West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a certain grunge that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, instead letting the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

    Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark appears to be little more than an abandoned cargo ship. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.

She made her way through the West territory toward the Ark, wondering if it would have changed any since her last time there. From Raven's message, it had sounded like she was welcome there, at least for this. Raven had something to tell her but she wanted to tell her in person. Alexis missed her best friend dearly so she didn't skip a beat to sending a message back to set the date and time so now she was making her way through the warehouse district on her way to the docks, eager to see her WereWolf friend again. The last time she'd seen her was for the inpromptu birthday party Abigail threw together for her but Raven had been quiet a lot of the time. She looked distracted. This would be Alexis' first time back at the Ark since she left. She wondered idly if she'd run into any other members of the pack. Would she run into Tobi? She swallowed at the idea. She'd never had a confrontation with him since that fateful night on the docks when he shot a harpoon at her. She knew it could have all been a misunderstanding. A lot of the pack seemed to think she was working with Frost that night so maybe he'd thought she had turned on them and he was willing to kill to defend Raven. She got that.

What she didn't get was how he never moved to apologize or talk to her when she came to live at the Ark. It was like he didn't forgive her but she wasn't the one that needed to be forgiven. She was never on Frost's side. She was being blackmailed. He never asked for an explanation. He never even looked at her most of the time. It was like she didn't exist the whole time she was here. That outlooker looking in persona was part of the reason she left the Ark. Since she wasn't pack, she didn't feel like she belonged here and she didn't feel right about asking Tetradore to join the pack, not after all their differences and his lack of trust in her when it came to Frost. She didn't want to push it so she just stayed but she always felt alone, even when she was surrounded by everyone else. In that room when Tetradore came back after everyone thought him dead, that was her worst moment. Everyone else was bonded through their pack link and she felt there was a whole other conversation going on through it that she wasn't a part of. Raven, Tetradore, hell, even Regan at least confirmed her presence in that room. But Tobi never even gave a clue that she existed in that room.

She was happy for Raven. She knew the WereWolf loved him and she would never speak an ill word about him, but how could she continue to hang out with her best friend if this went on? She knew something had to give. She made her way to the dock, happy that no one had stepped forward to stop her. She went up the ramp and into the familiar halls, making her way to the common room since she was told that was where Raven would be. She knew there was a high chance there would be other members of the pack there but she felt confident in her friend not to put her in harm's way. She could smell something cooking as she went by the kitchen and wondered if Raven was making something for everyone to eat. She was almost like the mother hen of the pack, fixing their foods and making sure they had everything they needed. Alexis smiled at the thought as she stepped over the threshold into the common room, looking only for Raven.
