The man seemed friendly enough as he smiled, his bright green eyes almost mesmerizing as he pulled the jacket more snug around him. Technically, Malia thought those jackets looked good on pretty much anyone. She got to see his smile falter just a little though at her abrupt question. He shifted and she automatically caught a whiff of his sudden discomfort. Was it something she said? She lifted a brow in question. He only asked what to which she tilted her head. "What? Is that an inappropriate question?" She was genuinely wondering, which would probably only make him more confused. All at once, he almost reminded her of modest Ashton, how he couldn't shift in front of her cause it was too intimate a gesture and how he wanted to keep his eyes away when she shifted in front of him, mostly cause she got naked to do it. She could almost bet this guy would do the same thing. He just gave off that innocent vibe. Finally he looked back at her, though she caught the sudden shyness to his gaze as he said that he did, in fact, wear clothes. She scowled a little as if disappointed and shrugged lightly. "Oh, ok. To each, their own." She noticed that he looked her over as if making sure she was wearing clothes. Unfortunately, she was. She scratched at her sleeve as if just remembering. They were still far too itchy for her preference. He ran a hand through his hair as if it was habit before stuttering some words. She tilted her head, watching him expectantly. Was he going to say something else? She suddenly wasn't quite sure. His lips pulled into a grin then and she couldn't help it; it was contagious. Her own lips tugged into a smile as he held out his arms, asking if the jacket looked alright. Her eyes twinkled playfully. "Oh, ok. I can do that. Hmm." She brought a hand to her chin as if deep in thought as she suddenly stepped around him in a circle, looking over the jacket from all angles. She stopped when she was back in front of him, giving a deep dramatic sigh before she finally nodded. "Yeah, I think it works for you." She glanced around then, before giving him a smirk. "So, do you need opinions on everything you buy now or is it my turn next?" |
