Brooklyn felt the black stallion shift under her and turn his head. His ears were pinned flat to his skull and her brow creased in confusion at the horses attitude. "Jeez Rebel calm down we are almost home, I promise I will give you extra feed." She promised and hugged his neck but the stallion didn't seem to want to calm down. He began to prance and stomp his feet, in a sudden movement he was in the arm, two feet off the ground and black hooves flying through the air. She didn't see it happen, just felt the hard pavement hit her back and skull hit the ground. It was a flash and suddenly Rebel was gone, disappeared into the blackness of the night.
Brooklyn groaned and stood up, hair splayed around her face. She sighed then slowly trudged down the street, her whole body sore from the fall, that's when she spotted him, the white stallion standing by the street light. That couldn't be there was not many people who owned horses around here, she thought and then thought for a moment. He probably scared Rebel off so and if the horse was big enough to scare her Friesan stallion off he had to be strong. With a roll of her eyes Brooklyn turned and continued to walked down the street calling her horses name as loud as her sore body would allow. Why had Rebel been so frightened she wondered and where was he, she was not going to loose a horse, reaching into her back pocket she pulled out her cell phone but the screen was cracked and it wouldn't turn on. She shoved her hand in her pockets then watched the white stallion closely.
