It had taken Edie only moments to deduce that the handsome man leaning by the bar was supernatural like herself, and it had taken her less time to determine is vampire status. She wasn't quite sure how she knew, other than that it was just this instinct that rang in her mind. To some of her kind, this realization would have sent them running towards the door. Even in her home pack, vampires were something to bolt from. But when you lived with a bunch of fennec foxes, they tended to be entirely non-confrontational. But Edie had never been your typical sort, and it was with that in mind that she'd pressed through the crowd in pursuit of her newest toy. He was handsome. The type of man that certainly knew of his own looks and wasn't afraid of flaunting them. Her fingers raked over the skin of his forearm, her own burning warm skin willing to drag her fingers down the cold of his own. To his credit, he seemed rather unaffected by the declaration that it would be in his best interest to buy her a drink. Still, the smirk on her lips didn't falter as his eyes scanned the length of her body, judging for himself that she was worth his time. "Like what you see?"
Edie merely raised an eyebrow at the man's hesitance to join her on the dance floor. A challenge, he'd be then. "C'mon, vampire," She gave him another tug on the arm, her smile faltering for a split second as he failed to join her. Edie dropped her hand off his arm, instead shifting a tad bit closer to him. "What do you mean you can't dance? Everyone can dance," She moved in closer to the vampire, clearly enjoying his touch on her waist. "Besides, everyone knows that the girls do all the work these days. All you have to do is stand there and enjoy the show." Though, the vampire seemed to have other plans in mind in what exactly the duo would be doing tonight. It hardly mattered to her. Edie liked to think herself flexible â€" regardless of what Frost would say on the matter.
"Who said that that's the only thing I care about?" Edie grinned as she looked up at him. "Perhaps I'm interested in a night with you, vampire. I've heard sleeping with vampires can be quite... pleasurable." Easily, the girl let her fingers drag down the front of the vampire's shirt before she slowly took a step backwards, offering to see what he would do if she stepped back. "But if you're not interested, I can take my interest elsewhere." She had no intention of taking more than a step back away from him, but still, she found it interesting to tease him just a little bit.
Truly, the young were hardly expected that he would pass up an evening with her, especially seeing as she'd just stated her intentions on what exactly she had in mind for the vampire boy for the evening. Sure, Edie was certainly sure of herself â€" but she'd been given no reason not to be. Her whims would surely be returned â€" at least for tonight â€" and the girl merely grinned over at him, awaiting the answer she was sure would be a yes. "So what will it be, Vampire. A night with me or a lonely night at the bar?" She thrust her hand out to him, her smile absolutely sure of herself. "I'm Edie, by the way. And what will be the name of the man who will show me a good time tonight?"
