Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

The concept of home had become nostalgic for the were panther if he had been completely honest with himself. He hadn't had any resemblance of all the comforts of such a household for as long as he could remember. For so long he'd given up at even imaging himself in such a refuge. He'd given up on any concept of hope prior to this very moment. It was only at the sight of the scorching of the hellish dance club that Tetradore could allow himself to contemplate the prospect of a better tomorrow. Tobias' gift entirely caught Tetradore off guard and hesitantly he took the backpack offered to him. He hadn't celebrated his birthday for so long that it took the man quite a bit of time to think of just when his birthday even was, long enough in fact that Tobias had already run off in search of his younger sister, leaving Tetradore with no capability to deny the gift he was given. He tossed the backpack over his shoulder, hardly wanting to linger in front of the burning dance club for longer then he had to. he was given a chance at freedom and Tetradore fully intended to take it. His attention shifted to the young woman beside him and inquisitively the man inquired for her own plans now they were was an aftermath to their torment.

He hadn't bothered questioning if she wanted his company on such an intimate venture, instead simply strolling behind her at a leisurely pace, paying enough mind to give her some measure of her own space. Their other encounters still weighed too heavy upon his mind for him to consider such close quarters. He knew all too well he was the cause for all of her anguish and surely it contributed to his desire to see her tucked away safely from Risque's reach ever again. He remained silent behind her, content to be nothing more then a ghost the past she was only just beginning to leave behind. Faithfully he remained behind her, pausing only at her hesitation within the building that he could only assume was hers. His emerald gaze never once left her feminine figure, doing his best to offer her some silent form of encouragement, though he doubted she neither needed or wanted it from him of all people. He leaned against the opposing wall as she reached upwards to fetch a key that she knew would be there and briefly, the smallest tinges of jealousy touched his heart. What he wouldn't have given to have a place like this to return to when all was said and done.

For a moment, Tetradore had considered leaving her there, hardly wanting to intrude upon what he was certain would be an emotional moment for the young woman. That was until she stepped into the apartment, providing him a glimpse of the world within. Even he could tell that something was off, that there was an absence there shouldn't have been had her 'harley' still been within those walls. A frown marred his masculine features as he pushed himself from the wall, slowly following the newly turned vampire in to the cold home beyond. The door closed with a click behind him, his emerald eyes sweeping over the flat in an inquisitive fashion. Whoever it was had left long ago, that much even he could tell. The click of her heels redirected his attention from his idle probing into her life and hesitantly the were continued his silent haunting, his footsteps soft as he headed after her. Tetradore paused within the door frame, his attention no longer drifting through the intimacy of the space she called home. Instead, his interest rested entirely upon the female as she sank to the floor, obviously quite disheartened by this discovery.

It was the somberness of her feminine lyrics that caused him to move and though he gave her sinking form a wide berth, slowly Tetradore came to stand several feet in front of her. He squatted in front of her, his entire figure balancing with precision upon the balls of his feet. For a moment his intense gaze merely watched, his eyebrows furrowed as he swallowed, trying to think of what he could offer her that might be at least someone consoling. "This was not your fault." He spoke softly after a long moment, a hint of overwhelming certainty echoing within his baritone voice. "She left a long time ago....likely before you even would have gotten the chance to return." Tetradore knew all too well the damage that Risque could wreck. He knew how long she'd kept the young woman locked away before even giving her a glimpse of her freedom. It was a situation she had teased him with, just as it was the same situation she had placed him within years upon years prior. He knew he was being hardly helpful and it was that which caused him to fall silent again - this time keeping his hands to himself least he frighten the demure creature all over again. At the very least, she deserved some time to mourn all of her losses.
