His head gingerly rested against his lover's chest, entirely terrified of the response he would receive and yet, Henry was also the epitome of security for him, leaving him completely torn of what he so wanted in that moment. He could feel Henry's arms wrapping around his figure in a gentle hug of affection, just as he too was aware of the man's fingers nestling under his chin, so forcing his head and, too, his eyes upwards. His lips were pressed together ever so slightly and yet, the warlock entirely obliged his lover. His head shook from side to side as Henry stated he didn't mean to be a jerk, the man quickly interjecting. "No, I didn't think you were..." His voice trailed off as Henry's lips pressed against his own and softly he returned that kiss. Still, there was no denying his apprehension still persisted, even as Henry's mouth pulled away from him. His head bobbed slightly in response to Henry's offered words of reassurance and he knew there was some measure of truth in them. Somehow, Kat had managed to worm through that loyalty to find a place in his heart and yet, he was entirely assured there would never be another situation quite like that again. He was wholly Henry's own. Hell, he hadn't even bothered to make friends with his neighbors much less his own co workers.

Sterling's body nestled against Henry's own as the man pulled him closer. His eyebrows furrowed as he considered those words Henry spoke and slowly his gaze turned upwards towards the man. "Henry...I'm okay with this....all of this. I mean....I know that..." He paused, considering those words for a moment before reaching out to place both of his hands on Henry's neck. "Look, how about this, we can just...do what feels natural and if it crosses a boundary or I'm not ready for it, I'll let you know...okay?" It was the best compromise he could come up with to so cater to Henry's own habits while still ensuring his own wants were equally as met. He wanted things to work out and while he knew Henry wasn't necessarily the best with words, he himself was willing enough to be open with his own desires for the both of them.

He hardly expected, however, the way in which Henry's lips so brushed against the sensitive skin of his neck, tracing a trail upwards in such a way that so saw the man tilt his head ever so slightly to allow Henry that access. His eyes fluttered close in that moment, his lips parting ever so slightly as that simple touch so coaxed those more carnal desires even from Sterling himself. A soft groan left his lips as Henry made his way up towards his jaw, nipping at that flesh before continuing that trail till Henry's lips once again came in contact with Sterling's own. "God, I love you too...so much." He muttered softly in response to Henry, those lips once again pressing against his lover's nearly immediately. He couldn't help it really, Henry was all he wanted, even when he hadn't ever anticipated to find him in the first place.
