Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale
Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.
Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.
Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.
River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.
if these wings could fly for the rest of our lives
Really, all that little panda had wanted was a cookie. They tasted so utterly delicious and she'd already finished that one she'd been nibbling on. Abigail hardly anticipated that cup she'd left behind, forgetting about it the moment her back had been turned to it. In fact, she'd only rediscovered it's existence as her tail slammed into that cup, knowing it over in the process. The small china cup fell on it's side, rolling before falling onto the soft plush carpet with a soft thud. That tea had spilled across the small table, so soaking her paws and getting into the fur of her tail. Oops. She didn't mean to do that! She just....wasn't well situated for things as delicate as tea parties. She'd scurried across the table as a result of that sound and wetness, leaving wet paw prints and knocking over several other things in the process before Abigail came to an abrupt some distance away from that initial...situation she'd so caused. Her hazel eyes turned back towards that tea cup and the mess she'd left in her wake, eying it with both disdain and, in turn, accusation. Clearly it was the tea cups fault. Right? Right?!? Her gaze turned towards the small vampire, watching those emotions so flitter across the girl's features as she tried to come to terms with that disaster of a tea party. It was hardly the first time that Abigail had been concerned for her life, the small panda's tail wrapping around her frame as she settled in on herself.
That silence persisted for several moments longer, giving the girl sufficient time to fret over the outcome before Anna placed her cookie down, the girl's childish voice commenting on the state of Abigail's tail. The little panda was hardly oblivious to that hint of annoyance within the girl's voice, her ears flickering back as much as they could in guilt. Still, she had hardly expected this whole....bath thing. Surely the girl would just...let her wipe her paws and then clean up the mess right? Wasn't that what children did? Abigail hardly had long to consider this before she found herself lifted in the air, her limbs flailing ever so slightly, her tail flicking in the process as the vampire child dragged her from the table set with tea and cookies to move to the adjoining bathroom. She was placed upon the edge of that bathtub, the panda trying to balance to the best of her ability. Dear Lord, she was going to bath her, wasn't she?! Wasn't this against the rules or something?! Or at least, taboo! No one bathed a were! She was a human too! She could do it on her own! A series of chirps left her lips and yet, they seemed altogether futile as Anna-Marie bent over to turn on the water.
Nooooooooo. Abigail could hardly help the way she inwardly groaned. This felt so wrong but what else could she do? She hardly wanted to show Anna-Marie what she was, after all, the child had killed the last woman that had been in her room and Abigail did not want to join the ranks of dead bodies! A soft huff left her lips as she watched the child, the little panda wholly resigning herself to her fate tonight. Her head bobbed in an entirely begrudging fashion as Anna inquired of bubbles. It was a small thing but...at least maybe the bubbled would give her some sense of...privacy...right? Fat chance. Still, she watched as that water slowly rose and, soon enough, those bubbles too began to fill it with a ferocity. Was Anna-Marie sure she hadn't added too much?! This looked....a little chaotic!
