Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale

Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Nadya Tetradore

Indeed Nadya had been so young when their parents had been alive that she couldn't even remember their faces. Yet, she could remember, faintly, the sound of their voices, the feel of their arms wrapped around her, and even the smell of her father's aftershave. She wished she could remember them as clearly at her brother did but then again, perhaps it was better she didn't as she would feel so much more pain at their passing. Nadya gently grazed a finger over the birthstone in the box. It was perfect; it was an acknowledgement from her brother about the twins. When she had been shunned by him it had hurt more than anything she had experienced before and was truly grateful that he had slowly welcomed them back.

Nadya's attention drifted back to her brother and her children, watching as he carefully placed each upon it. Micah as always was more reserved and sat back to simply explore the surroundings he was placed into while Izzy took the route of actively playing on the castle. She had no fear and was more like her father every day. A part of that frightened Nadya but for the time being she was happy to see her boisterous daughter playing. Her main concern though was what her brother planned to do, if anything, now that he was back. Surely the fact that he returned to them instead of taking that opportunity to start anew elsewhere meant he had a plan.

Her lips pursed when he commented on her not feeling the shift because she wasn't a part of Tobi's pack. "You know why I couldn't do that." Tobias was unstable, even Raven had a hard time controlling him in those past weeks with his volatile nature. The Ark had shifted and walked on eggshells when the deviant was around. The others could bow to that out of fear or whatever other excuse they wanted to use but that was not in Nadya's personality. Nadya's gaze averted from her brother when he posed that potent question that had created such turmoil within her. To choose between her brother and a man who would be with her. ".....I choose my children." Her attention slowly turned back to Tet. "You're my brother, my blood and family. Frost is a man who likes me...- he did that to Samantha because of me; it's not right and I've dealt with him about it." She wasn't exactly sure how to say everything that she had been thinking about over the weeks. "But...the pack as it is right now...is no pack at all. To have to alternate full moons and keep to certain parts of the Ark or not be there at all, how can I explain that to the twins as they grow that we can't be with their uncle, their Alpha, because the woman their father is with can't even be in the same room as them even after all these years. Or because the Ark is no place for a child to be at night. And Tobias doesn't even understand that they are his, he can't be a father figure to them; he understands them only so far as that they are a part of the pack. How is that fair to Izzy and Micah to not have a father figure to help them through life as they grow and a pack to run with every full moon? Our parents and pack were taken from us, Tet, but I was able to have that family with my adoptive pack. It's not just me that you are asking me to choose for, but them...what life do you want for them?" Nadya finally ceased, winded as everything had come pouring out. Her eyes were glossy with tears that wished to fall but tried desperately to hold back. "It wouldn't have to be that way either. It's your choice to pull away. You wouldn't have to stop being my brother or their uncle because of it."
