Amelia was hungry for him â€" not in the sense that she wanted his blood, but that she wanted to be his in every sense of the world. She wanted to be his wife, the mother of all his children, the woman who could bring out the cries of passion, and the one to be there to soothe even his darkest days. She wanted to be his everything, so when he finally asked her to do all of that, she did not hesitate. She was not surprised, not shocked, or speechless. She had been waiting for this very moment and now it was hers, ripe for the picking.

She accepted his proposal willingly, without a second thought or even a moment of doubt. She wanted to be this man's everything. And now that he had asked her to be his wife, now she wanted to rip his clothes off and jump him right here, right now. She had waited more than six weeks for this moment and while she hadn't been expecting the proposal, she welcomed it.

His words about her impatience as she pulled off his shirt had her chuckling. "...very..." Her voice was soft, slick with emotion and lust. She was very impatient to start the next part of her life â€" life with Troy.

However, she still wanted to make sure he wanted her for her â€" not that he was doing this out of obligation because they had a daughter together. Thought behind his proposal would be proof in a ring â€" a ring that he had bought prior to this moment. It spoke truths of his sincerity at marrying her, not some spur of the moment decision.

She watched him as he knelt in front of her, pulling out a small ring box from the pocket of the pants she had yet to remove from him. She could not contain her smile as he opened it, telling her that he wanted her to be his forever. Already she was shaking her head "yes" when he proposed yet again to her. She extended her hand to him so he could put on the beautiful sapphire ring. "Absolutely." And only when the ring was securely on her finger, the only thing on her body entirely, she pulled him back to his feet, pressing her body into his as her lips captured his in a kiss.

She broke the kiss after a brief moment, cupping his cheek with one hand. "I never need a big proposal...I just want you. This moment is perfect." She smiled at him hopefully as she kissed him again. She leaned into the kiss, pressing every inch of her body against his own as her arms wrapped around his neck. She loved this man with every ounce of her soul. She would die for this man.
