Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

you could do anything,
if only you dared

It wasn't abnormal for the witch to disappear out of the blue for months on end, especially with Ivan holding her leash. He had seen her and Lazarus together, had even caught them at her apartment at one point, it was as if the man wanted to prove a point by sending her away and working out of the city, to parade her around his friends, bragging about his highly trained assassin and warmer of his bed. It disgusted her. There wasn't a moment that went by that she would imagine strangling her keeper, she would even amuse herself with the thought of setting him on fire. Grunting at the thought, a vicious smile toys at her lips as she thinks of all the p possibilities to end Ivan's life and yet, that was impossible. The vampire was going nowhere anytime soon. Pushing the thoughts away, she inhales the scent of the city, the familiar salty breeze, the skyline brightening against the oncoming darkness. Sighing into the wind, she moves casually along the streets, her face hidden beneath that black hood, her assassin's suit hugging her tight curves, even her white hair was braided back; some things never changed for the woman. This was familiar and comforting to her.

She's silent as she pads along the street, the sidewalks surprisingly empty at this time of night, given that this neighborhood was definitely one for the rich assholes. Why Lazarus would even be here was beyond her. It hardly took Vhalla long to track the grumpy hunter down, perhaps she should have shown up on his and Ellie's doorstep rather than stalking him through town, but where was the fun in that? The assassin was always up for spectacular entrances. She hadn't even revealed herself to Laz and she could already feel the aggression and anger rolling off of him at her return, the thought brings a coy smile to her lips. Following his familiar form several hundred yards away, she moves silently across the pavement, her striking blue eyes tracking his every movement as he moves towards a gate, leading into a fairly large mansion. Brows furrowing, she couldn't image what had brought the Hunter here of all places, the thought of another woman has jealousy spiking through her so suddenly it stops her in her tracks.

Mumbling to herself, she shoves it down. Its not like they had been together by any means, they had simply slept together once or twice. Yet, the thought still didn't sit right with her. Part of herself was telling her to return to her warehouse and seek out Ellie and Lazarus in the morning like a normal person but Vhalla was far from normal. Continuing her pace, she reaches the gate, watching as he stands at the door, speaking to someone. She's too far behind to catch a glimpse of the person but he shifts enough for long white blonde hair to be seen. Eyes hardening, she smothers the jealousy that threatens to spill from her. Instead, she folds her arm over her chest, waiting for a moment as Lazarus disappears inside. Part of her wants to turn around and not let him know she's here, yet, the stubborn part of her has her walking up the driveway, in plain view, as she leans against the cement wall, arms folded and her face hidden by the hood, though there's no denying who she is by the stark white bread that falls down between her breasts.

She sits there, unmoving for awhile, for how long she isn't sure. Yet, she can't help but let her body stiffen as the front door opens, revealing Lazarus as he exits the stupid mansion. Flicking her icy blues up to him, she doesn't move as a wicked smile touches her lips, though it hardly reaches her eyes as she takes in the Hunter, "I see you've been busy while I was away," she purrs at him dangerously, her voice almost threatening.
