Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

EZEKIEL HAYES

Ezekiel was sure Azrael would have preferred the solitude after a night out as most Hunters would but it was him that held the most information on this city. It was that respect that kept him straight to the point. He settled easily in that offered chair and waited patiently as Azrael left to go gather his files. If anything, no one could say Azrael wasn't prepared- the boxes he hefted onto the table were proof of that.

Azrael gave pause to inform him that there were certain individuals he wasn't allowed to investigate due to clearance. It would have been interesting indeed had the old men given him a case that required such information. That at least Ezekiel was easily able to dismiss with a wave despite the quirk of his brow. "A picture and a few morsels of informations is all there is. It's the bare bones but enough to build off of. You would know better than any of us on how...attracting this place is. I'm certain a witch coming into a power would be drawn to the magic here. There may not be a coven but the supernatural community has a draw all on it's own."

Ezekiel tucked the picture back into the front pocket of his suit jacket before plucking up the files Azrael began tossing onto the table. "As far as we can tell she had no associates. It's a theory that she may not have even known she was a witch in the first place. Some are hidden with human families or abandoned at birth and never registered so slip under the radar. You know how that goes. There may be something in one of these to indicate a crossed path at some point; previous living addresses and any other travel records. I'm guessing those itineraries are in here too." It was always wise to keep a close tab on a supernaturals movement for situations like these.

He eyed Azrael curiously at his assurance that the witch he had interviewed recently wasn't a concern. "I'll put her file last then." It would still be looked into further but he would go through everyone else before coming back to someone he had already looked at. Ezekiel thumbed through the tabs of the folders, glancing through all the names- it was a small congregation indeed. Though it wasn't entirely odd since many witches were so rooted into New Orleans that hardly any ventured away from the historical place. It was the first place to look for a runaway witch and therefore a sure reason why this one had steered clear. She was clever, Ezekiel would give her that much.

"What sort of magic was she trying to pedal?" A love spell was a lot different than a killing curse. Ezekiel slowly stood from his seat, closing the lid over the box before lifting it from the table. "I'm guessing your run-in had a less than desirable result."
