Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale
Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.
Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.
Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.
River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.
There was little denying those sensual thoughts that crept across the forefront of the Incubus' mind. The very places he might have so liked her mouth to be - none of which surely appropriate given their public position or his own relationship status. And yet- it was for that reason alone those fantasies would surely remain little more than just that. They were inklings of what could, but certainly would never be. After all, he had a husband to return home to, one whom would surely fulfill those very desires that Carolina had so ignited within him. He was almost thankful, in some manner, for the very distraction that Carolina's state of homelessness provided him. At the very least, it was a matter to focus the entirety of his attention upon, when there was little else but his own self-control that stopped him from indulging within her flesh. His lips twisted into a hard line, one that only deviated at the assurance that, tomorrow, she had an apartment waiting for her. His crystalline gaze shifted briefly towards the expensive timepiece upon his wrist, the vampire well assured that it was certainly tomorrow by now, those wee hours of the morning far later than he usually liked to return to his husband. Nevertheless, he could hardly merely leave Carolina, the prospect of the young woman lounging in her vehicle on the side of the road was, perhaps, equally as displeasing.
A small simper crossed his features as Carolina's fingers ran against the stubble upon his cheek, the man's good nature so effortlessly returning as he informed her that he was more than capable of ensuring that apartment was hers before the sun peeked over the horizon. The corner of his lips twitched ever so slightly at the woman's breathy laugh and yet, he said little of it as he reached for his glass, downing the liquor left within his tumbler before suggesting Carolina do the same. The young woman seemed to detest the very idea and yet, it was hardly long before, several moments later, she was wiggling from his lap with far more hip movements than necessary, only further worsening the very tightening of his dress pants. Thankfully, with that black luxury sedan awaiting them, there were very few souls to notice the very questionable position the Italian Prince had been placed within. How thankful he was to hide behind the dark glass, the very drive towards the familiar Western side more than enough to prompt some level of composure within the Englishman all over again, even despite Carolina's continued efforts to curl into his arms.
It was sometime later that the vehicle slowly crawled to a stop in front of the building the Carolina had indicated might soon be hers. The landlord was all too easily awoken and aroused by his security team, long before Sebastian himself stepped foot into the man's office. His mere presence alone seemed to prompt a frazzledness within the landlord, so few, after all truly found themselves within the presence of Royalty. It had hardly taken much to secure those keys, a soft word of appreciation, a picture on the man's cell phone and an autograph for his daughter all that had been asked of him before he had emerged with keys in hand and a sticky note with the apartment's number written hastily in a scrawl certainly not Sebastian's own. He could hardly help that smug simper upon his features as he stepped back into the hallway, only to be greeted by a glimpse of inquisitiveness he knew all too well. A soft chuckle left his lips and yet, Sebastian merely offered her a vague sort of shrug. "Perhaps one day." He murmured as she closed the distance between them, their bodies practically touching in the fluorescent light overhead. His crystalline gaze hardly shifted from her own as her hand reached out to snatch the keys from him, that sticky note all but stolen, though he hardly made an effort to stop her.
He watched as she sashayed towards the staircase, her hips moving with a clear seductiveness and yet, he all but enjoyed the view as the vampire trailed after her. Despite his appreciation of all he was given to observe, Sebastian lingered distinctly close all the same, as if preparing for the young woman to take a spill with the way her gait so occasionally teetered. He was thankful, truly, as they reached the top floor of the apartment building, only to wander towards her apartment at the very end of the hallway. His eyes only briefly met her own heated gaze as she glanced over her shoulder, only to step into the very darkness of her new apartment. His gaze swept briefly over the emptiness of the flat, the very apartment almost reminding him of that same one Dorian had once lived within, albeit far less...modern. Sebastian hardly lingered long within the emptiness of that space, however, the man trailing after Carolina to join her within the kitchen. His hands settled upon her waist as he stepped closer towards her, leaning into her petite figure. "Do you like it?" He inquired, and yet those words were no more than a whisper in the still silence of the flat.
