Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale
Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.
Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.
Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.
River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.
we built this city on broken glass
He had dealt with those bullet wounds before, to a certain extent- and he was near assured he could deal with them again. Scarlett, in the least, was hardly going to make that ride to the hospital removing any notion that their might yet be some other way. Nadya had proven nothing but dutiful in that task he had set her. His mate having turned that living room into a sufficient makeshift hospital with as many of those supplies as she could think to consider. How readily he could feel that panic within Nadya, that feeling amplified perhaps by the veritable dullness of that bond that connected him to Scarlett in turn. Frost frowning slightly at that ever weakening connection and yet the stallion remained that near picture of calm. Frost hardly the sort of to find himself excitable in any situation. Nadya, in turn, despite that fear that gripped her and thrummed through that bond- had remained level-headed. Frost having expected nothing less. Nadya having proven herself more then once to remain sensible in a crisis. Perhaps it came from raising twins.
Scarlett was easily laid down upon those blankets, Nadya readily applying pressure to those wounds in an effort to stem the blood as Frost retreated upstairs, his bloodied hands grasping that far more efficient first aid kit he had hardly seen the need to inform the pack he owned much less produce until this moment and yet, perhaps, it might finally have a use. That kit nothing short of well stocked beyond all imaginable consideration. Alexander nothing if not overly astute in his preparations, particularly in the wake of that arrow incident Frost had hardly seen the need to inform Nadya of if only to prevent the woman worrying over a matter he had already taken care off. The equine returned a few moments later to rest that new kit upon the floor before crouching down beside his packmates, his hands working efficently to organise those supplies he was assured they needed. Frost hardly the kind inclined to waste time in any sense. Nadya's query on just where he had gotten that kit from prompting the faintest of frowns and yet there was little need to deny it- that knowledge hardly secret in the very least.
"From Alexander."
He offered simply, those far larger, longer and magnetized tweezers plucked from within before his attention turned to his girlfriend once more. His violet was gaze held upon her own as he delivered those swift, simple instructions. He held every faith in Nadya's skill and yet allowing the woman to dwell too long on what needed to be done would only gnaw at her confidence and prompt her to question. An unsteady hand and an uncertain mind so hardly destined to help Scarlett now. Frost determined to plunge onward and afford Nadya little chance to do anything save for follow as he coaxed her to hold that wound open for him. The equine's gaze fluttered briefly back to Scarlett then, assuring himself the wolf was still entirely unconscious, for this, perhaps, it was better that she remained that way. Frost assured nothing in either first aid kit would prove capable of taking away from the pain that would come from not only that wound being held open but to- his own pair of tweezers poking and prodding at that innervated, exposed flesh. Unconsciousness, for now, a veritable blessing in disguise in the absence of that pain relief. That worried look upon Nadya's face was hardly missed, that tense hold to his mates figure equally so and yet, as always, she did as he had asked. That subtle, metallic sound assuring him he'd at least grasped....something within that wound. Frost pulling out that bullet a moment later with soft sound of relief before Nadya hurriedly covered that wound again. With that silver removed from her system Scarlett's own healing was sure to rapidly begin. That bond that connected him to the wolf still weak and yet...he was almost certain it felt stronger than before. Nadya's concern reaching him then as his head nodded.
"Yes, Naja, I'm sure."
He offered that simple, gentle reassurance then. Frost capable of....caring when he truly tried, even if he so rarely ever displayed those very emotions. His own affinity extended forward then, chasing away that cold and chill that had settled over Scarletts figure. Warmth, after all, was one less thing he body had to struggle to maintain with his assistance. The girl at last appearing to stir. Nadya quick to see to her as Frost gathered up those extra supplies, stepping away from the pair then as Scarlett attempted to sit upright and Nadya was quick to insist she take it easy. He was not, in the very least, about to lose a pack member today. Frost moved easily into that downstairs bathroom then, the stallion reaching for the sink before beginning to wash that blood from his hands. It was only once he deemed himself suitably clean that Frost returned to the living room, a spare blanket fetched from that hall cupboard in hand before he moved to unfold it and lay it gently down over Scarlett. In the least she would be more comfortable. The girl stirring all the more now as Frost eased himself back onto the couch to watch over her. His attention turned to Nadya then.
"What happened, exactly? You reached her before I did."
