Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale
Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.
Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.
Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.
River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

How quickly that young woman's thoughts all but seemed to collide with one another. His insistence he desired to talk to her about the pack and her place within it seeming to prompt Malia's thoughts to all but implode until that ran together in a veritable stream. He hardly needed any true affinity to allow him to peer into her mind to gather her thoughts. That pack bond all but hummed with her anxiety. Frost distinctly aware, in turn, of that quickening of her heart and hitch in her breath as if she anticipated he might have some sort of displeasing news to share with her. He so hardly took any pleasure in distressing his pack mate and yet- to know she cared this deeply for both his words and her place within that pack only further solidified his choice in the matter. Malia, even inexperienced though hse might be in that leadership role, was at least deserving of that chance to lead. Frost near assured she would not prove disappointing in any sense. Her loyalty by far one off her most potent qualities. Yet- that matter of her friend still persisted. It was, perhaps, no true secret that Frost had hardly found Henry....favourable in any sense. He did not outwardly dislike the man, indeed he felt very little of anything for him. More so, the stallion simply found him...a mild annoyance and yet if Malia wished to remain friends with him, then so be it. Provided Henry caused no dissent among his own ranks he hardly cared.
The surprise upon the young woman's features at his mention of that talk he had held with Henry that night was distinctly clear. Frost having anticipated the pair might have already discussed that conversation and yet he so hardly regretted his words all the same. Frost seeing little need to hide any of those words they had exchanged from his soon-to-be Beta. After all, if she desired that position then that trust between them would need be absolute. Trust, after all, was the strength of the pack itself. Malia's soft admittance the pair had not spoken since that night was hardly surprising. Frost affording her the knowledge of what they had spoken about before offering hat insistence he was not prepared to lose a second Beta the way he had lost his first. To a useless boy. That clear confusion upon Malia's features only became more apparent. The woman so failing, at first, to comprehend his words and exactly what he was implying with him. Frost allowing that simper to dance ever so briefly upon his otherwise so often expressionless features. A singular eye arched upward than as he merely waited for his companions quick mind to catch up with those words and process through them. A gasp fell from her lips in near the same moment as he offered that explanation. Malia's hands had become so tight upon that chair the woman was threatening to leave indents within it. The young woman inhaling sharply again. His head nodded in response.
"Yes, if your willing to take up the position I would like to make you my Beta."
He offered that simple assurance in those same smooth, cool lyrics as always. Frost the very picture of calm in contrast to her own bubbling excitement. Malia glanced downward briefly then in some effort to compose herself before lifting her gaze to meet his own once more. The girl abruptly asking after having her own office and pen as if that was, perhaps, the most important 'perk' of that promotion. Frost eyeing her curiously then before gesturing to that smaller desk and chair on the far side of the room.
"You can have that desk and the pens in the pen holder on it. When I'm away you can use my desk and you can hold as many meetings as you like."
That near knowing simper flickered across his features once more. Frost allowing his companion those few more moments to come to terms with her new positions before voicing those words once more.
"I presume then, that is a yes? You are agreeing to that position?"
Her very words indicated as much and yet he was inclined to have her formally accept that position all the same. Frost lent easily back within his chair then, a look of contemplation finding his features once more.
"Do you drink, Malia?"
