Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale
Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.
Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.
Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.
River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.
Sebastian Ellington-Aragona
His Royal Highness, Prince of Italy
The Italian Prince was oblivious of just how meaningful his presence was at his maker's present party - particularly when so dressed the very role of his station. That toppled state so quickly dismissed by both of the pair as the young child seemed momentarily distraught with the realization that she scarcely knew where to find her 'friends' she so wished to invite to that party. It was, admittedly, a blessing in disguise, the vampire more than content to sweep in with a solution to both of their worries. He tried to appear entirely indifferent to her consideration of those party invitations, much less to that idea of a proper garden party, even if Sebastian was perhaps overly eager for her to at least accept such an idea if Anna-Marie seemed so intent upon bringing a wild animal into his home. His head bobbed ever so slightly as Anna-Marie repeated that singular word, her gaze seeming to briefly scan that living room before the girl accepted that proposal with the declaration that, with outside, surely they could play games. Games? Great, how he also had to come up with games for Damon, a fae child, and a wild animal. Softly, Sebastian could hardly help that sigh upon his lips before the vampire merely nodded in simple acceptance of this fate he was so clearly doomed to.
The last thing that Sebastian had expected, however, was for Anna-Marie to insist upon making the invitations now. He had surely thought them capable of being bought and printed but someone else! How long had it been since Sebastian had done any sort of arts and craft projects?! "I....I..suppose?" He inquired, entirely hesitant to venture into his husband's studio in search of those art supplies he had purchased himself for the Monarch. Unfortunately, he hardly had a moment to voice his hesitance before Anna-Marie was running towards the stairs with the clear intent to find such supplies herself. The very thought of the child within Dorian's space unaccompanied, however, so made the man pale, causing the vampire to quite near run after Anna-Marie as she called out behind her - something to do with....cats? "I....what?" He inquired after her as he bounded up the staircase behind her. It took him a moment, admittedly, to so put together that connection of what Anna-Marie was asking for and yet, Sebastian hardly had any sort of idea where he might find were-cats for his maker's amusement. The press alone that ad might generate was nothing short of a nightmare. "I'm afraid I don't know where to find them either, Ma Petite." He commented as he trailed after the young child, the vampire near hovering in his own worry for all that she could surely destroy of his husband's artwork.
