Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

The Sun Also Rises

How long it had been since he had considered his first ever lover! That memory, even now, so had a habit of bringing a soft chuckle to the Monarch's lips. How proud he had been of himself the day he had taken his first woman and so finally managed to come to some understanding of why his brothers spoke so constantly of the women they had enjoyed and those they hoped to take in the future. That act was nothing short of pleasurable and yet by that same notion- it had been nothing short of....short. His fumbling teenage self had been inexperienced, unsure and entirely unpractised. It was perhaps merely fortunate that the young woman he had shared that moment with had been equally as inexperienced. Neither of them truly having had any past experience to compare that tryst too and as such both had been largely satisfied. It was only later, when Dorian had found the beds of more experienced women and he too had begun to learn that very act that he had come to discover that his very first experience, while hardly regrettable, had perhaps not been quite the feat of sexual prowess he had once believed. That moment, now, was one the Monarch looked back fondly upon- if not with some measure of embarrassment. How surely he might like to apologise to that young woman! Even if she had surely passed away but centuries ago. The Fae Kings very efforts to assure Abigail that he had been rather hopeless as sex that first time however were met with a near blatant disbelief on the part of the young woman. Dorian, in turn, was unable to prevent that warm simper that found his features. Ah, but if only she had known!

First times were so often....different to what one expected. Dorian, in the very least, so attempting to assure the young woman that her very first time would be a learning experience. Arlo, surely, had enough skill to assure it was pleasurable for her and yet the more that couple practised that very act- the more enjoyable it would become for both. It would be foolish to have Abigail believe that each and every time would be nothing short of euphoric. Such things came in time. The young woman sighed then as she lent back within her chair- only to declare she was certain she would have no idea what she was doing either. Another soft chuckle rose within the Monarch's throat as his head softly shook.

"Arlo won't expect you to, darling. You have nothing to fear."

Arlo, Dorian was certain, would be nothing short of realistic about what he expected from Abigail on that wedding night. Indeed, Arlo was almost certainly far to worried about being, in some fashion, disappointing for Abigail to worry about Abigail's own knowledge of that act. It was that very concept of sleeping with a vampire at all, however, that prompted the Fae king to offer those further insights. After all, sex with a vampire was...different to nearly any other species. Those vampiric tendencies, after all, so tended to be decidedly potent. Abigail was most certainly sure to be bitten- whether or not Arlo chose to feed from her. The very notion that Arlo might bite at all however seemed decidedly new to the young woman! Yet, really, perhaps he should hardly have been taken aback by her lack of understanding such things. Sex, in any form, was new to Abigail. Sex with a vampire was another level entirely and one she had surely not considered. Yet how readily Dorian recommended such a thing! How utterly....glorious sex with Sebastian was. His own vampire husband so having engaged him in, by far, the very best sex of his own terribly long life. Arlo too, might surely offer much of those experiences to Abigail in turn. Besides, if Arlo was good at that sex, Abigil was hardly likely to even truly notice him biting her. Although whether or not Arlo had any kind of venom was perhaps worth considering first. After all, Sebastian had informed him, once, that vampire venom was largely individual with all manner of possible outcomes. Some distinctly not inclined to be pleasurable in any sense.

Abigail, in the very least, appeared nothing short of resolved to the idea in the wake of that discussion. The young woman promptly declared that she could do it as her head nodded firmly. How sure Dorian was that she would come to enjoy that very act! At least in time. Abigail moved to lean forward then, the young woman grasping his hands before promptly declaring that thanks for his assistance. This, Dorian was certain, was the most....liberal discussion he'd ever had with a woman. Especially upon matters so often personal and yet- how very satisfied he found Abigail seemed with that newfound information. Her bright thanks prompting a warm simper to his own features.

"You are most welcome. Come, let us enjoy tea and cake before Sebastian arrives home. I should like to hear more of the Nepal place your family is from."
