Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The ebony panther's emerald gaze momentarily lingered upon his companion as he so saw fit to shower his mate with affection. The man had hardly been oblivious to the recent solidification of their relationship. After all, it was obvious to any whom new the pair at any length. Something had changed. Somehow, those affections had blossomed into a love that even he could see. Tetradore's gaze shifted away from the pair for the moment, his eyes following the tree line if only to give them some manner of privacy, as unnecessary as it was. He hardly anticipated the way his spotted companion so bounded up the metal structure, the panther turning out the sound only to find his head sorely collided into in the fashion Tobias seemed so keen to over exaggeratedly enjoy. A gruff huff left the panther's lips and yet, he hardly complained any further, his emerald eyes deviating at that bat of his large ebony paws. His attention shifted towards the leopard but briefly at the sound of Tobias' voice, declaring their game still very much on. The ebony feline shifted back towards all fours, effortlessly jumping off of that structure and back onto the pebbled ground beneath them. His emerald eyes glanced back towards the pair, simply waiting with the same poise as Raven's gaze closed, her tail swishing as she so loudly counted down.
The feline leapt effortlessly over the edge of the railing of the playscape, his emerald eyes shifting ever so slightly to survey the area with intrigue. It was hardly surprising, that the ship in the corner so caught his attention. He was diligent, never the less, not immediately heading straight for the ship but instead loping around various obstacles to so throw off what scent he could so muster before making his way towards the small boat. He climbed onto the deck of the wooden ship, so crawling his way into the little niches meant for children and certainly not adult cats. Nevertheless, the panther remained entirely still as the wolverine's voice came ever closer to that singular digit. His ears perked forward as his listened intently to the snuffling of her nose, her body clearly moving closer towards his own hiding place. He could hardly deny the hope that lupine might lose his scent, even though he knew well that this was perhaps one area in which her kind were meant to excel. Still, Tetradore remained committed to his hiding spot, remaining exactly where he was still he heard that launch of her legs against the pebbled ground. His own form so clamored to get out of his hiding spot, his tail lashing out behind him as he so raced for the metal enclosure once again.
Unfortunately, Tetradore had hardly gotten the distance he needed from the canine to so make it to the dome, his body was wholly collided with as the wolf crashed into him, sending the pair tumbling to the gravel beneath them. Another gruff so left his lips as he merely remained there for a moment. He was aware of the girl's efforts to so nuzzle her maw into his neck, the Alpha panther glanced down at the young woman with a rare glimpse of affection. That moment, however, was all too fleeting before Tetradore found himself crushed too with the weight of Tobias. An audible groan left Tetradore's lips, the feline rolling onto his back as if he was dead, his large paws batting at the two in the air. It was only the abrupt parting of Raven herself that so caught Tetradore's attention. A small frown crossed his maw, the panther rolling back over to stand, his own large muzzle rising to sniff the air and the scent that so wafted through the park on that crisp autumn air.
He knew that scent, even if it had been nearly a year since he had last seen her. He had so accepted her into his pack. Hell, he'd diligently tried to court her to join them within the first place and then, within her, Tetradore had found some sort of lingering interest. Had she remained, there had wholly been a possibility the male might have pursued something more with her - so inquisitive he had so found her. "Regan." The word was soft on his lips as he so tasted the air, the feline moving away from the pair in that moment only to gain some measure of height. His paws landed upon the wooden structure of the playscape, climbing upon those tunnels and steps to gain what little height he could. His emerald gaze scanned the periphery of the forest, looking for that stripped ebony form. His jaws parted, releasing yet another roar and yet, this one was little more than a beacon to so invite her to join them. After all, Tetradore knew well of the young woman's past and hardly intended to press his own presence upon her if it was not wanted. As much as he abhorred the notion, perhaps she was but passing through and was not yet ready to return to her home.
