South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

Why wasn't she moving? Surely they were supposed to move. Even within that bloodied haze of what remained of his consciousness the stallion was entirely assured they should be doing something other than merely standing here, his violet gaze lifting from the wolf beneath him to the large male wolf that seemed to terrify her so. He could feel her fear even without those powers to see within her mind, the scent almost palpable, the wolf afraid of this creature- her Father apparently and yet his own mind was struggling to keep up with everything occurring around him, exhaustion pressing upon him from every angle the man simply desiring to be away from this situation and yet Raven was hampering them, Raven was preventing them- god she was useless. How Tetradore tolerated her he would never know and yet he supposed here and now it was hardly his problem, one hand reaching down to grasp her ear, twisting it in an effort to get her attention, to spark her into movement, anything- his gaze turned back to eye that injured leg as best he could. How unfortunate the woman was not a horse. A horse would have been far more useful here and now, the animals inclined to run rather than simply stare in some dumbfounded shock and yet from what he knew of the woman, what he had learned of her tonight in those precarious few moments offered him perhaps far more knowledge then either of them desired he have in regards to the woman. How powerful could she truly have been if someone hadn't ruined her? Such a waste that was. How much blood had he lost?

The sudden hiss of something else thudding suddenly into the wolfs side sees the equines gaze glance upward once more, meeting the figure of that Hunter, armed now with a crossbow aimed at the pair once more, his own eyes narrowing slightly, heels digging again into Raven's side as if he might inspire the wolf to actually run before her Father lunged again. It is only now that Frost twists within his seat- as much as he can, one fist flung at the male wolf- entirely content to strike the canine if it was foolish enough to bring itself near Raven again. Frost hardly attempting to save Raven and yet his own survival so depended on the wolf here and now and as such the man was willing enough to add what little power he had left to their joint cause. His exhausted mind and subsequent blood loss perhaps resulting in his actions being less...sensible then he believed them to be. Raven however, had suddenly seemed to find the courage to run, his fingers nestling in that long fur once more- the man contemplating how...pleasant it was before leaning closer to his body in some effort to avoid any arrows that might fly in his direction. The shouts of the Hunter and the subsequent retreat of the other wolf are almost lost upon him, Frost barely capable of hearing them any longer, the man very near asleep atop the wolf as she carries them further and further from that....place.

How they so managed to reach that West and the warehouses Frost hardly knew, the man vaguely aware of that scent of ocean before he finds himself dumped upon the warehouse floor- the equine holding no ability to stay on any longer. The cold of the floor seeming to shock him into wakefulness slightly and yet truly no part of the man was inclined to ever get up again- the lack of that medallion lost upon him. Will power alone seeming to keep the man alive here and now as Raven's words seemed to penetrate that haze he found himself within, his gaze briefly finding that arrow in her side. When had she been shot? Had he been shot?

"I didn't.....ask you to....save me. I would have...left you."

His words a halting, his terribly injured chest making each word difficult, the effort of talking more than he had anticipated, the man lying upon the floor still, gaze turned upward toward the ceiling- the world seeming to....move somehow. If this was what death felt like it was hardly as he anticipated. Raven rambling still, her voice sounding distant, far away- was she walking away? What did it matter? Maybe he could go to sleep here. Frost never before having ever been this...weak.

"Uh-huh."

God he was tired, this floor never having been this....comfortable.

"You should.....kill your Father.....your stronger then he is."

It is with that sage advice that Frost finds himself slipping entirely into unconsciousness.
