Panic had set in, creeping through his veins and domineering his every thought, even if he tried not to let it show, tried not to let it show past his cool facade. He was desperate to drag them away from this neighborhood, no matter what it took. Thankfully for Tetradore, his sister seemed quick to dismiss his persistent inquiring, even though he suspected that beneath her smiling, girlish features, she still wondered, still had questions that needed to be answered. For a brief moment his gaze lingered on her, almost considering the woman she'd grown up to be. She was no longer that annoying little girl trying to keep up with the big kids. His head shook slightly, pushing the thoughts away for another point in time. Right now he had a task at hand, one Tobias seemed eager enough to engage him in. He'd started down the sidewalk, content to lead them down the back alleys that he knew far too well. The city had been his 'home' for too long, even if he'd always considered it more of a prison rather then a place he yearned to rest his head at the end of the night. The boy paused almost immediately at the sound of the young female's voice, a small frown crossing his features as his gaze trailed back down the end of the street, cautious in letting her out of his sight. He offered Nadya a small nod, making a mental note to keep a close eye upon her through out their travels.
Despite the clothes that were slowly peeled off of his fit figure, Tetradore waited until he turned the corner, leading them off the main streets and between the apartment complexes before discarding the last bit, letting his masculine figure shift, his tanned flesh giving way to that short black fur and the feline form that he was so very used to. He stretched his long limbs, his tail whipping to the side as his intelligent emerald eyes drifted towards his companions, silently watching the eager leopard and the modest girl that trailed after him. His large paws were content to pick a steady trot, pausing ever so often to glance behind him and reassure himself that not only were the two following, but that they were the only thing on his path. Even though he chose a particularly out of the way method towards the Outskirts of town, a paranoid part of him was concerned they'd still track him down, created by years of this same repetitive action. He could no longer count how many times he'd tried to escape from her only to be dragged back, over and over and over.
His muscular figure relaxed only once the sight of trees filled his gaze. Tetradore's figure settled only once he was certain that they were tucked within the embrace of the forest. His haunches hit the ground, his tail curling around his figure and briefly his gaze was cast over his shoulder towards his sister, clearly intending to wait for her before they went any further. After all, they were finally away from prying eyes, away from the public. His sense of modesty had long sense been ruined any other consideration to the girl's hesitance. In truth, it had been too long since Tetradore had ever really hunted. So often his escape ruses had been in his human form, if only because of how rare it was for the man to be...well, a man. Now that he was settled in the woods with his "pack" at his side, an almost restless longing for their hunt filled him.
