The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.
The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

Their walk was companionable and their silences were comfortable as they trudged onto the sidewalk and down the street. The man continued to pester her with questions, answering her questions in return and though there's a bit of hesitancy in his words, he's honest nonetheless. Apparently, the witch managed to pick up on it as she offered to go alone. With a small shake of his head he offers a grim smile, "You wouldn't be able to find it nor reach it," he states rather blandly shoving his hands into those black slacks, "Anyways, it's high time I return. It's been awhile since I've been back," he replies, a note of certainty coating his lyrics. "It will take some time to arrange passage there, the last leg will either be hiking and flying; you'll be the determining factor whether you can stomach the flying," he quirks a wicked smile at her. As their conversation begins to shift back to the nature of ghosts. Her response has him tilting his head at her but he sees no reason to reply.
Following her outstretched hand, he glances at the townhouse down the road as he gives a small dip of his head. Trailing in suit after her, they close the distance quickly and before he knows it, they are entering her home and Andras lingers in the doorway briefly as she flicks the lights on, flooding the home instantly. Brows raise in amusement and she tells him to ignore anything unusual within her home and the Fae merely shrugs his shoulders at her, "I can't promise you that," he says, infinitely amused. When she finally deigns to answer him his curiosity carefully concealed in those dark hazel eyes. Again, she's pointing her fingers to a chair in the corner and he turns to look at the empty furniture. He might have thought the woman was crazy if she hadn't shown him the ghosts from the forest; so, his eyes linger briefly on the invisible ghost before returning his attention to her.
How odd his night had become.
Shaking off the feeling of being watched, the faerie man follows after Sera as she begins to ascend the staircase. "Should I be worried your little ghost friends will come haunt me?" He purrs, amusing himself with the thought he would have ghosts floating about his own townhome. As they reach the second landing, his senses sharpen as he feels rather than sees the magic that so crackled through the air. How interesting. Brows drawing downward in concentration, he stops in the hallway as he watches Serafina open that door and explain her mentor had spelled it. Ah, so that's what that was. Taking the last several steps towards the door, he stops once more just before stepping foot inside the interior of that room, peering inside to see mass amounts of books; it seemed to be a study of sorts. Watching her cross the room, he follows her outstretched hand and indeed notices the swelling of the roof. Sighing, he realized in that moment he would be able to take care of the roof â€" but not the inside of the room.
"Ah, well, I can take care of the outside, but unfortunately I'm not going to be able to set foot in this room," he offers her an apologetic smile as he removes a hand from his pocket and allows his fingers to brush against the invisible barrier, a zapping sound filling the air and the scent of burned flesh. Quickly pulling his fingers away, he inspects the tips of them, an angry red so adorning them now as they slowly begin to heal with that Fae blood of his. "Your mentor must have been fairly powerful to keep supernatural creatures out of this room, I expect only fellow witches and warlocks may enter and perhaps humans," he muses as he stares at that invisible barrier willing himself to see it, yet he's unable. "We might need to adjust our bargain," he starts taking a step away from the door so as to not accidentally zap himself, "I can fix the roof easily and I can explain the process on how to repair the interior but you would have to do the work yourself or hire someone who can get inside this room," he offers a brief shrug. "As much as I'd like to repair all of the damage, I'd rather not see what your mentor had in store for those who ignored the wards on this room."
