South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

SOLO I FORTI VIVO
only the strong live

Davante. Davante. Davante.

The paper she was given had said one name along with a phone number and address. She was no fool though. To go to the warlock's abode would have been foolish, naïve. She was one who had been doing this for far too long to be such a fresh newcomer. Slender fingers dial the number, pay phone pressed against her ear gently as she calmly awaits an answer. After a mere two rings comes a low, "Davante." Her plush lips quirk upward in a small smile, eyes narrowing as she attempts to reach his mind through the phone as a test. Blocked. Only a rare few had the ability to keep her from entering their thoughts; warlocks and other dark hunters. " Hyde Place. Midnight. " She almost hangs up after that simple statement but then follows the lovely purr of her voice once more. " I am not a patient woman, signore. Don't be late."

Click.

Caprice had stood there for a moment, thumb gently stroking the name of a murderer. Davante. The paper crumples within her grasp, crinkling loudly against the silence within the phone booth. Hand opens, releasing the paper as it falls to the ground gently. Suddenly, the phone booth is shaken, the sounds of someone banging upon it causing her to lift her gaze from the paper to come to rest upon a short, fat bald guy who looked just as impatient as she felt. "Come on lady! I ain't got all day!" A smirk is given as she opens the door and gracefully slides past the impatient male. She pauses outside the booth, turning back to glare at him calmly before making her way to her car.

The engine shuts off, night has fallen and she finds herself sitting in the car for a moment. The daggers lay next to her in the seat in plain sight as a hand makes its way to the hilt of one. Absentmindedly, she strokes the hilt, mind wandering as she scans the dimly lit park. Only a few reside within, a hungry hobo and a night jogger. Perfect. Without a word, she grabs the knives and places them on her belt before opening the car door and sliding out. During the day, the park looks naturally beautiful. Sunshine and smiles are all around and it seems like it is a safe haven for many. At night, it is a different story altogether. The lights seem dim as she walks through the park silently. Every step takes her from being in the spotlight to being shrouded in darkness to in the light once more. The land is silent, allowing her to hone in on any sounds that may seem strange. Warlocks and their sorcery have always been tricky.

She pauses in her steps, hazels flicking casually to an empty bench before she herself moves and goes to sit. Casually, as if she is there to feed pigeons, she leans back on the bench and crosses those legs of hers. Within her gray boot rests another dagger, tightly attached to her muscled calf. All there was to do now was wait for the arrival of a Davante. A soft sigh is released as she glances at the simple watch upon her wrist 12:14

He was late.
