The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.
The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.
Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.
The University of Sacrosanct offers some of the top programs in the nation with its outstanding campus and specialized faculty. The University places a high focus both upon educating future generations but also on research to help revolutionize the world. The University welcomes the talent of students across the world to enroll and unlock their unlimited potential. With applications from across the nation, classes fill up quickly.

The woman had promptly ignored the Daray siblings for several days, not out of spite... merely because the woman had been working. Each night had been filled with jobs, Ivan sending her out and keeping her busy with those less than pleasant interactions with the sorry individuals that had managed to cross Ivan. The assassin had entirely too little time to drown herself in that bottle, let alone reminisce the encounters with Lazarus as of late. The woman having fallen into bed exhausted each morning to sleep the day away, only to wake up and continue that work. There were some days she felt that the vampire was simply looking for things for her to do, just so she didn't have a life outside of him. Yet, each interaction she had with that undead man made her realize he very well could have that many enemies.
Scrunching her nose up in disdain, the assassin finds herself traveling beneath those snow coated branches, wandering in the park. It had been weeks since she had found solace beneath the dead canopy and it still held a breathtaking view of the forest, though entirely covered in snow, it was silent, peaceful. She had managed to convince Ivan to give her a night off so she could merely train, though, she hardly told him what she was planning to work on, nor did she say she would be within that warehouse. The assassin needed a breath of fresh air, that dusky evening light filtering between the branches only to cast long shadows on the ground. She would train, just not with her fire.
Vhalla has left that teleportation magic alone, still not quite figuring out how it worked. She had only managed to successfully use the magic once or twice and it drained so much energy she wondered if it would kill her some days. Yet, she had woken up this afternoon with the intent of practicing, attempting to at least get to a designated spot before she returned back to the warehouse. Though the assassin wasn't working, she still suited up, her white hair braided back tightly, as that suit firmly hugs her womanly body, hardly leaving much to the imagination. A number of weapons are littered through her suit, though, carefully hidden by the naked eye as she saunters into that forest, her shoulders squared as if she were on a mission. And truly, in a sense, she was. It hardly takes her long to find that favorite clearing of hers, a brief memory of Tetradore flashing through her mind. They had sparred here, the man having successfully pinned her under his panther form.
It was such an interesting encounter, the woman having found feelings for him eventually, only for her to depart for those long months. She had returned and things had been... different, though she was pleased they had remained friends, even if a part of her would feel for the man. That memory brings a soft smile to her lips, briefly, but it dances there nonetheless as she moves to the middle of the clearing, the light fading quickly as she casts a sidelong glance at the pond, the edges having froze but the middle remained untouched by the cold, at least for now. Removing Tet from her mind, she allows her hands to hang loosely at her sides as she calls on that power, her grasp on that magic not nearly as firm as her fire affinity. When the assassin thought she had it, it slipped away. Her brow furrows in concentration, sweat beginning to bead on her forehead as she finally throws herself into that power, successfully wrapping herself within it.
Yet, she had been entirely too distracted in grasping the power, she hardly directed it and instead, teleported ten feet above where she had been standing, only to quickly fall and land on her back with a dull thud. Her breath having been successfully knocked out of there, she groans quietly wishing she had stayed at the warehouse. At least it had padded floors. Frustrated, she rolls to her side, pushing herself up into a sitting position and then a standing one, brushing the dirt from her black suit, suddenly very glad none of those hidden weapons had punctured her skin. It was clear she was in for an incredibly long evening.
