The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.
The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.
Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.
The University of Sacrosanct offers some of the top programs in the nation with its outstanding campus and specialized faculty. Tetradore was a man swimming in guilt. Letting go, loosening up, lighten up.....they were all phrases foreign to him, concepts he had no true understanding of how to even begin doing. He could do little in the wake of that glare of those intense blue eyes, his own emerald gaze shifted away from the pair at his Vector's comment that the past was in the past. The were-King said little in spite of Malia's insistence that she had been trying to converse to the dog belonging to the property that held that very painting he desired. In fact, it wasn't until the woman's teasing purr that his attention drifted back towards them, the man rolling his eyes. "I think I can manage by myself, thank you very much." He commented, entirely determined still to find himself in the possession of that painting. His Vector's insistence that he should hardly be stealing caused a snort of derision from the were-King, though he spoke little upon it. After all, the were-King was hardly that straight arrow that he was perceived to be. Theft was nearly a norm for the man, those laws far more malleable as far as he was concerned. It was, however, Malia's rather abrupt change to sides that left the man almost speechless, that teasing wag of her tail altogether clear to him, even as his features contorted ever so slightly.
Rather than dwell upon that teasing scolding he'd received, the were-King allowed the conversation to shift to the young woman and those tears that had, moments ago, so wracked her frame. He was genuinely sorry for the young woman, the man wholly aware of what it was like to so abruptly lose your place in the world, to be denied that acceptance back home. It was not a feeling he wished on any other. It was that, surely, which caused him to so eagerly jump upon Henry's efforts to make her feel better, commenting on their ability to cry as a group. Her insistence that it was his fault that he was unable to howl in the same fashion as those lupine species, however, prompted a snort from his nose. "Hey, you never know till you let us try. Henry and I might surprise you, hm?" He inquired towards his Vector. If those cat like cries made Malia feel better, Tetradore was wholly willing to engage in such downright ridiculous antics. Thankfully, for her ears, however, Tetradore was willing to throw his attention to that very question of why they were out here in the first place.
His assessment of the feline's skills prompted the man's own sort of defensiveness, that idle comment and thud of that paw within his shoulder brought little more than a rumbling chuckling sound to his chest. His head bobbed ever so slightly in agreement. "That you are." He commented with but the barest glimpse of approval of the progress Henry had truly made. Even so, Malia seemed equally as content to tease the young panther in the same fashion, announcing that she needed to see Henry's flying skills. "Go on." Tetradore encouraged Henry, nodding towards that very tree the pair had been poised upon before finding the young woman. He had every intention of watching his Vector's attempt at that newest ability, the feline simply settling upon his haunches to watch.
