The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

Aaron was being far too kind to assume that Raven was capable of taking on the males on her own. It is true her subspecies gave her the tools, the weight, and the height to be able to take the males down. Should she have changed into her largest size then she would most definitely be able to attack and defend herself properly. However, they were males, they had tranquilizers, and she had already been shot and captured. The poor girl didn't want to go through such a thing again. Though the warlock carrying the odd gun brought her much fear, unsure as to why he had such a deadly weapon, it was unclear to her why she would be captured by him and his cronies. She knew she was a creature that could be cut up for potions and spells, but really, he wished to go through all this trouble? As the hunting party began to approach them she would lean her lithe ebony and grey frame into his own form that had lowered to the ground. He would be able to feel her shake with fear, unable to defend herself in such a proper way.
As the Vampire got back on his feet she flinched and lifted her form away from his, as best as she could, still unable to feel her left side. Slate eyes narrowed when she noticed two outline of figures making their way closer and she knew it wouldn't be long before they arrived. One grey ear twitched when she heard him speak, her head tilted upwards. Sadden eyes looked into his own, as she nodded her head once, agreeing to his deal. She had no need to bite him, at least not yet, and she was willing to allow him this chance to take the muzzle off her. She had no one else to do such a thing and even though every fiber in her being was telling her not to trust him, she was willing to at least try. Her fluffy grey and black tail limply slammed the ground, a sign that she would approve of this. Though truly she hated being touched, and she knew Tobi wouldn't be too pleased that her scent carried male, but then again, she did not belong to him so she wasn't as concerned as she would have been if he had some sort of claim on her. Though her form would tense as the hunting party got closer and Aarons' hands began to touch the muzzle and the back of her head. Weakly she spoke once more to him, unable to understand why he was being helpful thinking she did not deserve it as she had caused him in this horns of a dilemma.
"You don't have to stay...I'm the one that led them here to you."
It would take a while for the Vampire to get the complicated muzzle off her, and as his fingers lingered on her form she would whimper softly, slate eyes locked on the males coming ever too close. As soon as she felt the muzzle began to loosen her head would jerk, keeping her muzzle closed as she shook her head back and forth. The feeling of her jaw and muzzle being free was a welcomed pleasure. Slate eyes widened when she felt his fingers and hands travel from the back of her head all the way down to her side, feeling him start to lift her up. Knowing she was not going to be much help in this form, she would close her eyes and her entire frame began to change. The regular sized grey wolf had shrunk down to the size of a rather small dog, her weight three times less than what she originally was as well as her size. She knew full well this form would be much easier for the Vampire to hold her, the feeling of the tranquilizer traveling from the left slowly began to take over her upper torso. She was sure if she was hit with two tranquilizers she would have been out like a light, but thankfully she would be in this state for a while, half awake and half asleep. Leaning her head into his chest she would catch the scent of the Warlock as the summer wind blew past them as he began to lead them somewhere to safety. Gently her voice would brush into his mind once more, giving him a fair warning that he may or may not be aware of.
"Warlock...I smelled a Warlock with them and be careful...there are lots of traps in here...Dark Hunters come here."
