The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.
The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.
Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

Since their very first meeting, the playful banter had come easily to the pair; Frost's wit had been a refreshing change which Nadya enjoyed. Even that small amount exchanged at that moment helped ease Nadya's tension with the riding. She followed his instructions as best she could to keep a grip on his mane and her knees firm on his side. The bounce of the trot though was her undoing and easily tossed her from Frost's back. It was another strike to her feeling of inadequacy which threatened to spring tears from her eyes even as she rose with determination to get back on. Today had already been long and grueling but she needed this, needed to feel some level of competency in her human form.
It was by grace that Nadya had always been quick at learning from her mistakes so each time she returned to Frost's back it was better than the last. Her stubborn nature could prove beneficial in these situations. This time Nadya was sure she was prepared, iron grip secure on his mane and knees squeezed at his side as Frost explained his plan. The walking she had down, that one was easy, the trot caused some fear to grip her but the jostling was shorter lived until that new gait was taken up. Unlike the trot which had more of an up and down bounce to it, the new canter gait had a bit of a rocking motion which, as Frost had stated, was easier to find rhythm to.
It was shortly into the canter that Frost's voice found her mind deciding to bring up a rather big topic. Nadya was a bit caught off guard, her brain struggling to concentrate on keeping her grip while responding to him. Her brow wrinkled slightly in disbelief, "And where do you think we'd keep it? They are barely out of diapers themselves...I don't want to be cleaning and feeding something else now too." Added responsibility was the last thing any mother wanted to be put on their plate. The fact of them being on the back of an equine seemed less her argument than the housing of the animal in the first place. At least Frost's intentions of keeping Nadya distracted were working and she had fallen into the rhythm, now riding with some level of comfort.
It was several more minutes before Nadya decided she was comfortable with what she had accomplished for the day and requested an end for the lesson with a soft, "I'm done for today." She transitioned easily back through the paces until Frost was still once more, allowing her to dismount. It felt like the ground was still thrumming beneath her feet a bit as she retrieved Frost's clothes from the gate for him.
Nadya handed them over quietly before blurting out, "I'd like it if you came with me to drop the twins off with my parents." The request was sudden but perhaps long overdue. Wasn't meeting the parents earlier on in the dating process? She wasn't exactly sure how her family would be...feline with equine, but Nadya wanted his role in her and the twins brought into light with them.
