South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

LIVE UNTIL WE DIE
TURN MY SOUL INTO A RAGING FIRE

William knew all too well about dark memories. His own head was full of blood, tears, and agonizing grief. He had killed people he loved, he had watched as others had died around him. Living for eternity always meant that the mortals you loved were going to die at your feet. You were going to watch people grow old and sick. It was painful but after living for as long as he had he had learned way to push those thoughts back. He had learned to let go of the curvatures of lovers' bodies and the way the light illuminated his wife's face. Even the sound of her name could still tug at his heart but still he had learned to choke that part of him back.

He smiles as the girl turns towards him, her words hitting the soft night air. So it seemed that this girl was not exactly the sane type of person. After all, why hadn't she run from him. Or at least walked away without a word? Oh well, it definitely didn't bother him that she still stood there. Looking up to the sky he breathed in deeply before looking back down at the curly haired beauty. Yes, even with those scars upon her face he could still see the beauty radiate from her. Especially in this moonlight she looked absolutely...delicious.

"Yes, it is quite peaceful." He said with a gentle nod. Before he could do or say anything more he heard the broken speech of the stranger. His brow raised in question as he head tilted to the side. He turned his head towards the approacher, icy blue eyes disinterested and bored. The stranger offered up a trick and all William could do was smile, waiting. He watched the claws sprouted from the male's fingers and he smiled, shaking his head. And as if things could not get stranger the boy began to circle him like an animal in a fight.

"Down boy." he said, glancing towards the girl with a sort of "what the hell is this?" type of look. It was then that the boy spoke of making him bleed and William couldn't help but have his icy stare snap back to him. He had never been one to deal with threats well. No, he would not be intimidated with tricks from this creature. And then the boy told him to leave and William laughed, shaking his head.

My my, what manners your have young one. He wasn't scared nor was he about to leave. This dinner party he had tried to arrange was turning out to be quite the event. It had just become interesting and really he couldn't bring himself to end it.

Looking towards the curly haired girl he offered her a warm smile. She spoke to him, apologizing for her friend and he couldn't help but shake his head. "No need to apologize to me, my lady. I am no one's anything. I am simply a man out for a nightly stroll" he glanced back towards the other male, looking him over briefly. "I must say, I've never seen a friend treat another in such a way." He doubted the other man would like his words but really it was truth. "He hasn't hurt you, has he? He had seen situations before where young girls had been lured in by domineering personalities only to find themselves in painful and terrible conditions. He hated to think of his dinner being batted around before he had even had a chance to taste it.
