South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Wake up to your dreams
And watch them come true

The ebony feline only looked on as the polar bear towered over his rightful kill. The punishment he doled out to the hunter didn't even cause the woman to turn away. It was messy, true, but it was no less gruesome than anything she or Frost had exacted from the hunters during their journey overseas. No sooner had the life left the hunter's body that the bear turned his attention on her, closing the distance between them to demand her reasoning on helping him. Was that what she did? Looking back on it she realized how purely selfish she had actually been. Even when she saw the hunter was after the bear, saving his life wasn't what had crossed her mind at any point.

In some cases lying was the best path taken but there was no reason to steer away from honesty now. Nadya willingly voiced the unknown potential danger that the hunter posed so he was best off dead no matter what. With that she introduced herself while also asking after his name in classic sass. She hardly waited to see if the bear would oblige her with one before she was wandering over to the very waters he had been relaxing in. Even though she was a big cat, she was one of the few species that felt just as home in the water as on land. Her golden gaze glanced over her shoulder with a slip of her lip over her canines in what was the equivalent of a feline smirk when he gave his name.

That same gaze returned to the water as she came up on it. The surface of the water rippled softly with the movement of the current and the trout beneath. "Unfortunately not, it only works on people." Although it had been many years ago, she could still remember that night when she had tried it on a bull elk, still early in her use of the ability it had taken a moment too long to realize it wasn't working before that antler rack was spearing through her side as she was trying to leap away. The feline shook her head of the memory. She was much more skilled in her ability now.

"However," Nadya eyed the water before pulling forth one of her other abilities. The water was immediately disrupted as if something had been shot into it, the liquid spraying in every direction. In its wake a trout was left flopping on the bank at the pairs feet. The panther placed a paw firmly atop the wriggling fish. "I can...explode things." Again that feline smirk graced her features before she kicked that flopping fish over towards the bear. "So...are you always out here alone?" It was one way to ask if he was part of some group.
